We will NEVER purchase anything again from here! We have purchased many high priced appliances from here only to receive the worst customer service! One of the purchases were on a front end loader washer and dryer (Electrolux) since weve purchased these we have had to have the washer repaired 4 times. We also purchased the extended warrenty...which by the way Electrolux refuses to stand behind, stating that we need to deal with where we purchased the extended warranty and Northgate referred us to Electrolux on this last (5th time fiasco!) Northgate has no URGENCY FOR TIME OR REPAIR MANAGEMENT...ESPECIALLY SEEING AS THIS IS NOT THE 1ST, 2ND, or even 3RD TIME FOR REPAIR! Good thing we were home...because when we started the wash....the washer started smoking, had we not been here this could have turned out to be a lot different! Now...not only have we already gone a week with no washer...they are saying it maybe 1st week of August or later! At least if we purchase something from Menards or one of the other box stores you know what your paying for!

It feels like we have been shopping here forever! My Mother, Father, even my Grandparents purchased many appliances here over the years and have always had success with them and their products. My wife and I have kinda continued that tradition as we just purchased our first home together and needed a stove, and washer/dryer. They had a great selection and had great prices. We are very happy with another great experience with Northgate.

These people are seriously amazing here! Ordered a part for my washing machine from Northgate despite not purchasing the washer from them originally. The lady found the exact part I needed and put the order in for me without requiring money upfront. Within 2 days I was able to pick up the part. Highly recommend for any of your appliance needs!

They also asked us a lot of good questions wanting to make sure we had the best product to fit our needs. Steve did a great installation for us as well! We will be sure to use them in the future.
