Horrible! This office/store has no business shipping fedex! Tried to track our next-morning-by-Noon shipment ($54) but fedex website only said "label printed." So, went back to store at 10AM the next morning when he opened and our package and others were still sitting in fedex basket, unshipped. We lost 4 days of rent payment bc keys we were shipping were not sent! In addition, this was Memorial Day weekend, so next-day, was no longer an option!
