REVIEW IS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Recently I wrote a negative review about the keg beer I purchased for super bowl party. The beer was flat, tasted watery-no flavor, and no carbonation. HOWEVER, when I returned the keg today and explained the above to store supervisor, she GLADLY AND PROFESSIONALLY GAVE ME A REFUND WITHOUT ASKING FOR ONE. I have to say that she (GEORGIA), handled my situation with the type of customer service all stores should have. Shes an example of how to satisfy and keep customers. I previously said I would never buy a keg again, that may be true, but I will definitely shop at her store location in the future I DO RECOMMEND SHOPPING THERE. Thanks Georgia in the Pembroke Pines store..

Crazy selection of everything. Great prices. Edit 8/14/16. Do not go here during peak hours. The staff is great but the customers create a black hole where time loses all meaning. Customers asking to see bottles of $300 Scotch they have no intention of buying. Customers wanting to now the best $20 wine in a store that has 1000s. Check out is a nightmare. People saying the Grey Goose coupon should apply to Rot Gut Vodka. And the store lost 2 stars. When they opened a new check out instead of saying "next in line" (which I was with one item), they said "I can help someone here". The last guy on line quickly push his cart in followed by the next to last. I walked out.

Wow, this is like Toys-R-Us for adults. Every time I shop here I plan to buy specific items but end up spending one hundred dollars more. Very dangerous but very exciting. Only thing that annoys me is the guy that works in the Scotch section. I cannot go there without him always trying to throw his opinion on what a bad choice I am purchasing. He even goes as far as following me around the store trying to change my mind. It doesnt matter how many times I tell him, he harasses me every single time and its aggravating.

I first have to say that I love the store in Kendall, but its not because of the stock... its the staff. I have dealt with them many times and have gotten an above average experience. First interaction I had with this store, a call to the inventory department. I asked the man a simple question and a short followup, he decided to give me his nasty attitude. I know today must be hectic, having to work and all, but man I had to work too and I do not need your frustrations. I am fine without the wine I need.

I love total wine, but I think this one needs more attention from management. I have had several incidences at this location. Three month ago I was charged 4 dollars more fore a 6 pack that had the wrong tag. It is OK, anyone can make a mistake. This weekend I got several beers, and when I got home I realize that at least 4 were overdue since last year. And were different type of beer. My advice, if you go there look carefully the prices and the overdue date in case ob beer.

Ive been hearing their commercials for years now since Ive been living in South Florida. Good God the place is huge! Im personally not a wine person, being that roughly half the stores inventory is wine. But still man, pave to buy your drinks, and if youre adventurous, you might try something youve never had before, as their overall selection is immense.

WORST LIQUOR STORE! Super rude staff! I came with my family to the store since its our family vacation and brought my sister and they did not sell us liquor because she did not have an ID. Super rude manager. We showed him 4 IDS. Never been to a store that everyone needs to show an ID. So dont come here if you are with your family. Worst customer service ever.

Bottom line: Great selections and great prices. I just moved to the area and based on the stores size and tidy appearance I went in expecting to pay a little more for the beers that I typically drink, but to my surprise the beers were actually about $1.00 to $3.00 cheaper than what I was paying in Texas.

Awesome service and the people really k ow their stuff. Its always good to be able to speak to someone and discover great tasting spirits! Ive never gone wrong with a recommendation from the staff and they offer classes so that you can better understand the who and why of liquors.

Fabulous store, great selections, the place you want to go for a spectacular gift of wine or whiskey! Unbelievable walk-in beer cooler. Oh lets not forget about wine, beer and whiskey tastings on Sat afternoons. Wanted to buy everything but definatly got what I was looking for!!

What a variety! They even have a "taste test" area where you can try certain wines or spirits they are showcasing and the knowledgeable staff can help recommend new items to try according to your tastes. If you dont like what they recommend just return it...How can you go wrong!

Huge selection of beers, wines and spirits. So, you can choose from the cheapest to the more expensive. And ask everyone if you need, from an advise or just guide you through the store, they are always willing to help you.

Huge selection of drinks from beer and wine to moonshine and mead, which is what I went for. Even though their mead is a small selection, one of the ladies working there was able to help me immediately find them.
