I ordered a corsage from here. They had one in the cooler. I asked them to make me exactly that one. It had two flowers. I gave more than one week notice. When I went to pick it up, they gave me totally a wrong one. When asked they said thats what I paid for. Seriously!!! Thankfully I had taken a pic for I showed them and again according to them that one costs more money even though that was pre marked with the price since it was in the cooler. I asked them to make it again and when I went to pick it up, it was really not what I wanted. They were so crowded that they didnt care about what I had to say. I left very angry and frustrated. Never going there again.

AMAZING!!!! I go to the Middleburg Heights location for every occasion! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful! They always have a great selection but even if I cant find something Im looking for, they will bend over backwards to make it for me right on the spot no questions asked! Ive been going there for as long as I can remember and I will continue to keep them my number 1 florists!

Pricing is medium - high but the flowers are high quality and beautiful bouquets are available here. Lawn ornaments/knicknacks are pricy.
