House of Flowers did my flowers for my wedding. The lady who does the wedding flowers was so easy to work with. She helped me choose flowers that would look good for the entire day. She also helped me create my perfect bouquet from a picture that I found. She told me how to perserve my bouquet myself and even gave me hand written directions. She was easy to contact, extremely knowledgeable, and very flexible. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience!

I received a Mothers Day Floral potted hydrangea that was not up to par Auburndale.. The House of Flowers, immediately replaced it with one that was in bloom once I notified them of my disappointment. They gave awesome customer service!! I love the Pink Hydrangeas and will truly enjoy them. In the past this florist has produced the most wonderful arrangements and once again they have done their best!! Thank you!

Outstanding customer service. I wanted a fruit tree to be deliver to a lost love one. After calling around with no luck, I called Magnolias where they said they would go to the nursery take pics of local trees, so I could view the pic and decide which tree I wanted in my price range. I was very pleased with how they went above and beyond to meet my needs. Thanks guys.

The House of Flowers in Auburndale create beautiful and jaw-dropping arrangements, but I seriously question their literacy. Their improper use of quotations, missing apostrophes, and lack of basic English is absurd. I appreciate their assiduity and prompt delivery, but the presentation of the message is informal. I suggest purchasing online or ordering elsewhere.

Best experience ever dealing with the Florist. Called Thursday last minute and they we super accomodating to be able to make my wifes Valentines Day one of the best ever.
