Me and my daughter decided to drop by unannounced at the Auto Nation Volvo Southbay at Pacific Coast Highway one easy Sunday morning of February 2015 to check out the inventories. Ms. Laima Archerd came out to welcome us and made us feel comfortable and even offered drinks. A very organized lady, Laima asked us what our preferences are while showing us around. I told her that I am interested in a dark colored S60 about 2-3 years older with a leather interior. Laima showed us the vehicles with that description and explained the features, plus Carfax in hand showed us the history of the CPO vehicle Im interested. She let us test drive a 2015 S60 model and 2012 S60 model. The new one as expected is very refined and smooth. The CPO is the usual Volvo I have known with a growl but with the same comfort and handling characteristics I have loved. After the test drive, I wold love to have the new e-drive but chose the pre-owned mainly due to my limited budget. Laima guided us to her office and made us comfortable while working the numbers. She showed us the numbers and gave us enough time to review and then she answered all my questions. If there are some detail she is not familiar, she would honestly say so. After they run my credit check, my credit score was higher than I expected and was offered a low rate. It was lower than my Navy Federal check voucher which I was supposed to use. All in all my experience was very pleasant. No pressure and was very satisfied at how well the buying process went. What made me decide to stick with Volvo is the comfort of its seats. They are remarkably comfortable even for a short 5,4” guy like me. And of course, after experiencing accident firsthand, I know this car would be safe for me and my family. An added delight is the fact that certified pre-owned volvos have a 84 months/100,000 mile warranty from the date of service with zero deductible every visit. Very few auto makers offer such.

I wanted to post a review of my sales experience at AutoNation Volvo Southbay. My wife was in the market for a new vehicle on the account of her 1 year old X5 dying. We had heard of the new Volvo XC90 T6 and wanted to give it a look. From the beginning, I was greeted with such professionalism by my salesman, Art Dotsenko. He laid out the options clearly, and gave us different financing and lease options. We quickly reached agreement on the financial terms and proceeded to finance. If youre reading this, then you know that getting into to the Finance Managers office at any car dealership could be akin to a boiler-room. But not at AutoNation Southbay! Gary Schwartz, AutoNation Southbays Finance Manager, was so easy to work with. There were no "high pressure" tactics, no overinfalated extra packages to buy. Just simple, concise additional options for me to consider and agree to purchase or decline. I ended up picking up a simple package that took care of any lease-return defects that car may pickup down the road, and was out of finance and on my way home in under an hour. Try that somewhere else! I wholeheartedly recommend AutoNation Volvo Southbay!

Scum. Power Volvo is a crooked bunch of criminals. This is not even my opinion, they actually admitted it to me. I took my volvo in for service, which has been a great car, I have 115k miles with very few issues. I was just getting some standard maintenance and had them check a few knocks that id heard. They tried to tell me that my brakes were shot and needed new rotors ($540), that all my struts were shot ($2300) and that my turbo was about to blow ($2500). Then they tried to sell me another car and took these proposed charges off my trade in estimate. In disbelief i took the car, that runs fine, to two other mechanics who both gave the car a clean bill of health. Struts are not even leaking, brakes have 50% life in them and the turbo will be fine for a long time to come. They found that my knocks were due to a broken bracket on my exhaust ($34 weld job). When Volvo called me to follow up, I told them they would never see me again and why and the guy actually had the nerve to say "yeah, they were probably just trying to make money off of you" What a racket. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THE POWER GROUP.

My wife and I purchased a Volvo V60 on May 28, 2016 from an AutoNation Volvo dealership located at 3010 Pacific Coast Highway, Torrance, CA 90505. The sales process was pleasant. It included test drive, vehicle function explanation, price negotiation, and trade-in negotiation. Both the salesman Goran Gracin and his manager Lance Edmond were very helpful. My wife wanted a dark gray color that this dealership did not have on its lot. Great efforts were made to get a car of the right color. The new gray colored car is of Platinum package while the white car we test drove and negotiated price on was of Premium package. But the dealer honored the previous price even with this higher level packaged car. The Financial Service Director at this dealership Gary Schwartz was very cordial and professional in his handling of the final paper work. We are very pleased and will recommend this dealership to friends or anybody.

Joseph at the service department did a great job for us. My vehicle had a radiator leak problem and wanted to know if I can get this covered by warranty. Over the phone he quickly answered all questions I had and even after the service was done, he was kind enough to watch over my car for couple of days since I couldnt pick it up. Not only that, I had a rental car that I needed to return nearby. Unfortunately, the location was closed since it was Saturday afternoon. Joseph took the rental car from me and returned it to enterprise Monday morning and they only charged me up to Saturday. I have 2 BMWs I get serviced at Shelly BMW this was much better experience compared to that. Only bad part is that this Volvo dealerships take weeks to schedule a loaner car. Other than that, I just want to say Joseph was very professional and kind though out the service.

I was shopping for SUV, I visited and test drove Mercedes, Lexus and Porsche SUV. I contacted the AutoNations Volvo via email, Javier Murillo from the AutoNation Volvo South Bay in Torrance responded promptly, he provided me with great information without pressuring to sell the car, I finally decided on Volvo XC60 and went to dealership for the test drive, I was very impressed by the professional and friendly way I was treceived. I met Javier Murillo at the dealership he was great....helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I would suggest anyone in the market for a new car to visit the AutoNation Volvo South Bay in Torrance. The General manager Gary Schwartz along with Javier Murillo made our new car purchase a great experience.
