I never DISAPPOINTED with this store like today..I went to store to purchase box of Longan its was $34/box. I go home and come back like 15 min , believe it they change the price right away up to $104/box. And I told the man ( I think he is 1 of manager) I was paid $34 like 15 min ago.he said no that price for yesterday or something..and now the price is $104 .What the hek, 15 min the price up 3 time. Really and I called back ask what is his name ? He said he dont want give me his name and he kept said my name "customers service", i kept ask the name he only said "MR KIM" and hangup the phone without said "BYE" .I think he thinking only him had the last name "KIM" in the world . I go to that store like most everyday and always tell my friend about the store. Now they treated me like that, unbelievable...Really piss me off . I will contact to the company how he hangup the phone with customers like that..TERRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE..!!!

While Lotte has a wide variety of food items for a great price, frequently they are not tasty. In addition their floors are filled with flower, dal pieces and small vegetables one is prone to slip on. Also, be careful about expiry dates and how they shelve refrigerated items. Their cubed pre-fried paneer (NANAK brand) should be in the frozen section but they keep it in the refrigerator section even though it clearly says (Keep frozen or use within 5 days) ...

Why I gave this store 5 stars when it opened: This store has an amazing selection of Asian food. I found a huge mother lode of Japanese Fukujinzuke here. Why I changed it to 3 stars today: I got tired of the brusk, jaded cashiers. Today they were playing Van Halen in the store. I have nothing against Van Halen, but it just added to the frenzied, chaotic feel of the store with narrow aisles. No friendly, fluent people to help you.

This is a typical Korean market....however i did notice they do carry indian stuff as well...they must have teamed up. They do have a small restaurant in the store. They have korean food but the choices are limited...i tried the bibimbop...quite pricy though...but i was starving.....this place has lot more indian customers then koreans....well be shopping here more often. They do keep this place very clean.

This store sells old, cheap and low quality food, which includes fresh vegetables, fruits, Indian grocery, and etc. I am writing this based on past experience and observations for the past 6 months. People who do not worry about the quality of the food, they can feel free to buy from this store, people who care about quality of the food, I would not recommend them buying from this grocery store.

Poor experience. Second time today I had bad quality product - the first time insects in the dry beans. Today fungus growth in the "Swad" green chutney. The first time they were more worried about denying the refund because I didnt have the receipt. But nothing to show they care about carrying quality products!

Please watch every single item being punched on your bill. I ignored couple of extra items in my bill that i never purchased but it is becoming more frequent not. My last bill had additional items that i never purchased. I paid $15 more for these items. Sad that they do this to customers... please watch out.

The place needs to be checked out by health department. Filthy environment from the sidewalk throughout store. Owners need to understand that cleanliness is key, particularly where there is food. They do not get a star. The cashiers are very unfriendly. Never greet you with pleasantries.

We shop here every for fresh produce and fruits. Not a very spacious store but the prices are very good and the vegetables are fresh. Sometimes in the weekends the check out lines could be pretty long.
