Bought a 200$ mattress, and once I arrived to pick it up the gentleman at the donations drop off pick up area, had no idea where my mattress was, Afterabout 5 minutes of standing in the rain I was redirected to the front of the store, instead of the drop off area I was originally directed to. Im my opinion as a former retail supervisor these gentleman were very unprofessional and knowledgeable about Customer service and I was dissatisfied with my experience, making a large purchase with Goodwill, a company that makes a extremely large amount of money off of donations.

GENERALLY A GOOD PLACE, BUT I HAVE HAD A HISPANIC LADY BUG ME AND TREAT ME LIKE CRAP THE LAST 3 VISITS, I HAD MY VAPE PIPE (E-CIGG) IN MY MOUTH, BUT IT WAS EMPTY I HAN NOTHING IN IT, SHE TOLD ME IN AN EMBARRASSING WAY THAT IT WAS NOT ALLOWED TO SMOKE IN THERE, I TOLD HER POLITELY MAAM THIS IS NOT SMOKE SHE SAID SHE DID NOT CARE, I WAS WITH MY FAMILY AND HER ACTIONS WERE DISRESPECTFUL. SHE ALMOST TRIGGERED A FLASHBACK DUE TO MY PTSD, I SIMPLY LEFT THE STORE.. IT WAS EMPTY, IT COULD NOT EMIT SMOKE. . SHE HAS A PROBLEM. A VERY UNFRIENDLY PERSON.

Mine would be a 0 star if i could...you guys have this old lady that is like 80 something yrs old...who is nasty as hell...blames everything on everyone else....and doesnt apologize to customers...will never come here again...maybe when u guys fire her i will...i was there about 345 today checking out...pease improve your customer service ive been going there since the day u opened...u lost a valuable customer

Its okay. If you wanna keep me shopping try and keep it a little cooler inside. There is always allot of people here, the back shelves are very unorganized with all sorts of items and the last time I visited, the cashier announced to be responsible for your own children. The Goodwills in Arizona are a little nicer and cleaner.

Found some nice shirts, and the day I went..beginning of July they had brand new stuffed animals. I got an adorable huge, floppy, curly haired gray elephant for my grand nephew who isnt here just yet. It smelled nice in this goodwill. Although they all use the same cleaner for the clothing

They usually have some good stuff, but the line is always, always, always long and there are usually staff members standing around gabbing instead of opening a second line. Ill wait in line only when I find something REALLY good--otherwise, Ive got better things to do with my life.

The staff here was very rude. We bought a new mattress, No one knew prices, and they were very unhelpful... I shop here so much I expected better... the manager was very rude and curt, expect friendlier service especially for 2nd hand goods.

The quality of goods available has gone down considerably, and the prices have gone up. The lines are bad, always see multiple people that work there standing around while one cashier has 5-7 people in line.
