I honestly dont know where to begin, lets start with AMAZING! When I first found the car online, I immediately called to see if it was still available. I was lucky enough to have Don answer all of my questions about the vehicle on a Sunday afternoon. He was very respectful, patient and detailed. He immediately sent me the carfax and additional information for the vehicle. He offered to show me the vehicle that same day, which he did. Because of the great price on the car, I drove 80 miles to the dealership. I must say, this was the best idea I ever had. When we arrived, Don was there waiting patiently, and prepared. He was very personal, friendly, and hassle-free! Don showed us the car and I was very impressed. The car was clean, and ready for a test drive. Aside from the fact that I fell in love with the vehicle, Don took great care of us. When we got back, he made us feel very comfortable. He offered us coffee, refreshments, and made us feel like we knew him for years. He cared about how I felt as a buyer and made sure I new the benefits of the car and deal I was receiving. Before I knew it, a deal was struck. The very next day, I was driving home a brand new lexus! He offered his assistance with any questions I may have in the future. I honestly walked away with a new found friend, Lexus of Southampton.

My experience with Lexus of Southampton has been tremendous. 3 years ago I leased a vehicle from them. It was the easiest car decision and purchase that I’ve ever made. Up until 2013 I had driven a Mercedes Benz, from 1996 to 2013. In 2013 I looked at several different models of cars including Audi, Mercedes Benz and Lexus. The team at Southampton Lexus blew everyone else away. They were extremely responsive, much more than the other dealerships. They made the whole process very easy and very pleasant. This year I needed a new car and the Southampton Lexus team gave me the same high level of service that I experienced with them in 2013. Frank Knoll stepped in and helped me select a blue Lexus GS F Sport. I love the car but the amazing blue color let’s everyone know where I am when I go out. Lexus of Southampton is a great franchise with a talented group of professionals. I know I made the right decision working with them.

we were going to buy either a mercedes or a bmw but we stopped to look at a lexus and had the good fortune to be helped by joe gomez....and joe was incredibly helpful and intelligent and knowledgeable and pleasant and friendly and patient and trustworthy .. he is surely an ideal representative of lexus. so ideal, that we decided to buy the lexus car based mostly on this great interpersonal experience. the other people at the dealership were also extremely polite and friendly and the place was clean and spotless and attractive...we had heard the service was superb...then we were helped by mike tannenbaum who was indeed informative and a delight! we drove off with our new car, very very happy customers! stephanie r. joseph

From day 1 my experience with Lexus of Southampton has been outstanding. From the dealership manager and his financial and technical staff to the service manager and his customer service reps and expert mechanics to the clerical and maintenance staff, every person there has been friendly, accommodating, courteous, and highly professional. In every sense of the word, they get the job done! I have been a loyal customer at Southampton Lexus since its opening and intend to buy there for as long as I drive a car. Every visit has resulted in a positive outcome and every person there has been totally involved in accomplishing that end. I have always loved Lexus and will always drive one. After having a minor accident that left my beautiful 2004 Lexus GX 470 completely totaled, I went to the dealership for some ideas. Not thinking I would ever drive a car that wasnt an SUV, I walked out that day with a gorgeous 2015 NX 200t. I absolutely love my new car. Michael, Michael, and Jeff were very friendly, easy to communicate with and worked quickly and efficiently to make sure I could drive the car out when I wanted to. Michael helped me set up the car and taught me how to use all the new features (my old car still had a tape deck!) I couldnt be happier and will always use this dealership!

Horrible! We left a 2K deposit on a vehicle, with the understanding that we did not have an agreement with the dealer until the value of our trade-in was determined. They under valued our trade-in (we got more for it at another Lexus dealer) and my husband and I had a hard time to get the $2K back. I still have not received it, after this dealer told us that the "check is in the mail" weeks ago! I have to now go to the better business bureau and the district attorney. They have told us that the check was in the mail. DONOT LEAVE A DEPOSIT with this dealer - they will resort to any tactics to keep your deposit! Poor business dealings!!!

The service at this dealership is AMAZING!! I have a 2006 IS250 and a couple of years ago they talked me into buying the extended warranty. it was the best investment I have ever made. When my car needed engine work there was NO stress. Mike took great care of me and that would have been a very expensive job was covered under the warranty. They also gave me a loaner car for the entire time so I was never inconvienienced. Mike and the whole team at this dealership are irreplaceable. I will always buy a Lexus because I would never want to deal with the sub par treatment that I hear about with the other car dealerships on the East End.

This Lexus service center is a pleasure to deal with. My service manager Michael was very friendly and helpful. The waiting room was comfortable and customer-centered, complete with a nice TV, a coffee machine, and an excellent assortment of snack foods. I was told that my service would take about an hour and a half and that was exactly what it took! Michael came in the waiting room to get me and explained to me what was done with my car and the results of their inspection. They also washed the car and invited me to come back in any time I need a car wash! I look forward to my next visit to Lexus of Southampton!

We needed our annual New York State inspection so we called Lexus and they said we could come the next day. When we arrived, Michael Biscardi, the service advisor greeted us in a very friendly manner and suggested our car get the routine service inspection as well. He explained what was to be performed and told us it would take about an hour. We relaxed in the well-stocked waiting room. When the service was completed, which included a complementary wash, he brought us to Maria, a very pleasant receptionist, for credit card payment. The whole experience went very well and I recommend them highly.

Amazing staff, fast repair!! I am a very picky customer with high level of expectations when it comes to customer service..Southampton Lexus exceeded my expectations and then some!!!! I Bought my car from them and have been impressed ever since. I needed two tire replacements and an alignment after only expecting one new tire. The staff brought me to my car explained the issues and what was wrong and were concerned enough with my safety to give me a loaner until the repairs were done!!!! The guys in service are amazing and always accommodating to your needs. Fast, reliable and white glove service!!
