I bought a car at North End Motor in West Boylston a few weeks ago (I like used cars because they are such a good value since they are a depreciating asset instead of a cash producing or appreciating asset) and I have never had such a great experience. I was impressed with Matts depth of knowlege about the different brands of cars and the problems that surface with repairs as well as the drivability and features that I might be looking for. North End put me in just the right car and I love it! The price was right and they were extremely generous with the credit for my trade-in. They made all the arrangements with my insurance company and did the registration for me. They even had arrangements with an inspection center so my sticker was free!! A week later I went in because my wipers were "smeary" on the windshield and they changed them at no charge. They always returned calls and Matt even gave me his cell to call. The owner was incredibly gracious and my sales person extremely helpful when Matt wasnt there. I went to North End at the recommendation of my girlfriend who bought her car there and she absolutely loves her car and feels she got a great deal. Even though I am a "girl" I was treated very very well and wouldnt hesitate to send any of my friends to North End Motor. (West Boylston) Maybe the other person who had such a bad experience went to a different business with the similar name but at a different location? My experience couldnt be more different from hers!!

I bought a car here and as soon as they got my money I didnt hear from anyone again. I financed for the sticker to be covered and when my car was dropped off to me, there was no sticker. I called to find out when I would get it and never got a call back. I called on a Wednesday morning to say Id be there at a certain time to talk and when I got there...no one else was there. I left a note asking that they call me, and I STILL havent heard from anyone. Dont get me wrong, the car is great. The sales team...not so much. Maybe its because Im a girl. Ladies...dont send an unattached girl into this place, shes better off going to a real dealership where they treat all humans with respect. Not just the ones that can "hang low."

I had an excellent experience at North End. Its been a few years since Ive bought a vehicle and was apprehensive to buy used. Matt from North End made the entire process unbelievably easy. He never pressured me, was forthcoming in answering any questions I had and was awesome to work with. He set me up with a car that was practically brand new! Im posting this because I realize how vital ratings are ton dealerships. Im currently in the market for another car and have to say this dealership is one of the best out there. From hearing good things to actually getting down there and purchasing my vehicle up until now 5 months later its been all good. It socks to get screwed over and I nevery did.
