I am hoping that REM will remedy my daughters situation... If they do I will happily write a follow up review. My daughter and her significant other bought a Veloster, firstly they were left to have the inspection done on their own time and dime. I have purchased 4 used cars at various dealerships and have NEVER had to do an Inspection on my own time and dime! There is a problem with a tire which has a slash in it on the same side that there is a small dent in the body of the automobile. Tire was deflated 1 day after pickup of auto. Dealership told my daughter to contact Town Fair Tire to fix it. My daughter has had a run around from Town Fair.... My daughter called me at 10pm to tell me that tire is flat, WOW lo and behold she has no spare in the car, I was left to find one that fit from my car! HOW are they supposed to get an Inspection Sticker with this! THIS is a SAFETY issue! CRAZY but about 3 years ago I me and my fiancée looked at buying a car at REM and they were very strict about financing... so HOW did they finance an under 20 year old couple with little work and credit history? PLEASE REM, fix this, I have no problem contacting BBB or any other outlet available! Diane Williamson of Worcester Telegram and Gazette is a friend of a friend.

Bought a Mit. Eclipse from this place back in late 07. Have had to put more than $3,000 into it. Then back in Sept. of 08 the car just completely crapped the bed. I mean, if i wanted to fix whats wrong with it (engine/tranny) I would be looking @ well over $3,000 dollars. Bought the car for $6,700. Took VERY good care of it. Maintained oil changes and didnt abuse the car. This place will try and sell you anything as long as its money in their pockets. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I find it funny that the owner can be so friendly to the costumers when he knows hes screwing them out of there hard earned money. Ill say it once more.........DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Nice cars do not mean they wont break.

What can I say? Working with Mark and Glen was nothing short of outstanding. I can spot a liar from a mile away, but these two gentlemen were honest, genuine, kind and professional. They found the perfect truck to suit my work and family needs, within my price range and with a fantastic interest rate. If honesty and character mean as much to you as it does to me, there is little reason to go anywhere else for a quality used vehicle. Its obvious that the customer is their #1 priority. These guys are top notch!!!

He did the best in getting me a great loan deal in a very good timely manner. I couldnt believe that within 24 hours everything was done and i was able to take my car home. when another dealership gave me the run around, Mark helped me tremendously. I needed a vehicle, have less than perfect credit and really didnt have much down. He was honest in what I should expect, but he got me in a car! I love my Buick!! According to Mark you become part of the REM family when you buy a car from them and I truly do feel that way.

I purchased a 2003 Jaguar X-type from REM. The engine light came on after a few days, and it turned out that the catalytic converter was gone. They replaced it, no questions asked. I would highly recommend REM for used car purchases.
