Nice salesman, but they have to be. Bought an s.u.v less than a year ago. It ran fine. Had a noise coming from the rear end. They said it was the type of tires that were on it. After a while of thinking about that and the noise disappearing at different points during a dive I decide to have it looked at. Turns out it was the wheel baring on the right rear axle. Alright fine, got that fixed under warrantee. Today my wife comes home and the car is resting close to the ground on the passenger side. I take a look and found a large piece of metal sitting on top of the arm that connects between the frame and the wheel. I was lucky that it still had part of a tag with the part number on it. When I called the dealership they told me that it was part of the suspension spring. I could tell that its been a while since this piece was broken half way through and then rusted the rest of the way. The other end was cleanly and freshly broke. So in closing, City-Wide Auto Credit claims to inspect their vehicles, but from the problems Ive had I can honestly say I think they are all liars. I also believe that it may have been a flood vehicle because there is rust in places there shouldnt be.

DO NOT buy a car from here!!!! They say they every vehicle goes through safety and quality inspection, however I bought my car from them 6 months ago and it has had to go back to them every month to fix it. when you call and speak to someone they give you a run around and tell you to take your car else where to get it fixed. Even the owners son doesnt want to deal with it and refuses to return phone calls.They also put the car in the cosigners name when it was to be in my name .I have waited for repairs on my car and here other customers complaing about the samethings I have been having problems with ..They do not want to help me with the car to be repaired correctly that I put my kids in everyday my car has broken down on me with my kids in the car and all they say is take it where they will take my service contract that I paid extra for...THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIERS

Walked in to look for trucks and asked to test drive a specific vehicle. Got asked if we were going to finance or pay cash. Told the salesman that we werent about to run numbers or anything like that on a vehicle before it was started and test drove. Common sense, in my book. Didnt get a response so we left. Pretty obvious that their only concern is pushing sales to make money. Nice to know where their concerns lie. Way to show your support to the military guys!

I went here looking for a cheap car to replace the car that had just quit in the middle of Monroe Street. Really did not expect to get much of anything with the prices that I was able to afford. And I Showed up after hours. Justin stayed, worked his magic and helped me get a car that will hopefully last me for a while, until almost midnight. My job depends on me having reliable transportation and with Justins help I now have that. Thanks Justin.

Got a truck from here. The truck had only one working brake pad out of the four, the bed had no support in the back and is rusted out underneath, and the coolant hose already cracked. Did I mention Ive only had it for a few months? Terrible service & wont help you out, come here if you want disappointment & a hole in your wallet.

This place told me I needed to purchase an extended warranty to get financing because of losing my house years ago. Found out this was illegal. $2500 car cost me $9000 after all the fees and extended warranty. Extended warranty denies most claims saying they are not necessary repairs. Dont let them rip you off like they did me.

Place is a joke. I have called 4 times on a truck I saw on their website. No one wanted to deal with me or return phone calls. Jokes on them Im already approved thru my credit union to purchase this $26,000 truck. Well I guess I will go to a real dealership and give them my money. Bye Felicia

I just had the best auto experience at City-Wide Auto Credit dealership. My finance rep Joe was able to get me financed with "horrible credit". If you are having trouble getting approved with a low down payment, make sure you call Joe. he will get you approved with great financing terms!

Literally one of the worst places I have ever been!!! Mother in-law found this place after got there and looked at the vehicle that she was told was not wreck and to not be able to even open the passenger door because the car was wrecked. We left!!!

Horrible customer service! Stop and looked at 07 tahoo, 08 suburban. Both check engine lights on, suspension, broken or missing bezels on dash! I would advise going to an actual deal
