Im in construction so I shop different stores. Heather was working and it was by far the worst customer service I have ever hireceived. I went in to get my monthly stock up which is about 200-300 dollars. The fist thing I asked for was the cooler to get the energy drink I love and only gnc carries. She said we dont put drinks in the cooler than I asked if they had warm ones and she said those all got recalled. She told me I was killing her average sale. She suggested I go to Shaws like my business didnt matter to a store that looked like it was having a going out of business sale. Before I could even get my other products I just decided to just go to the Derry location right down the street. They were happy to accept my business.

I have known Heather for a while now. I can say confidently that she is dedicated to her job. Heather is a great people person and has a natural pep in her step. She gets to know her customers by their name and what they are coming back for. Customer service of her magnitude is OUTSTANDING and GNC is lucky to have her! I am truly shocked and saddened Heather received a one star review. Perhaps the gentleman was having a bad day. Perhaps this isnt even a real customer but an internet troll.However, I respectfully disagree with you 110%! Heather is kind, professional, and a ray of sunshine in (most) everyones day!

The Londonderry store at Appletree Mall is clean and well organized. Easy access from 93 or NH102. Ive always found the staff there to be very helpful and pleasant and I never felt like they were trying to sell me anything I didnt need. The girl Heather that works there seems to be especially knowledgeable and seems to really enjoy helping others, not just making a sale. This is my go to GNC. @ "chuckwagon"- So, they didnt have what you wanted (it happens), but youre upset they didnt sell you soon-to-be expired product and then they suggested where you could get what you wanted? Haha, not sure if serious...

Ive been a weekly customer to the Londonderry GNC for a while now and they have always had the best customer service where they really make you feel comfortable. They talk to you like a human being and dont just treat you like a customer and try to sell you everything in the store like the surrounding locations! The Lady Heather is so nice and helpful. She always takes time to help you figure out what youre looking for so you leave satisfied! The atmosphere there has really brightened up since she became manager!
