I am providing the following detailed piece out of my appreciation of Angela and her team’s good work at Lexus Route 10. Buying a car is no small task, let alone a used one, a.k.a., a pre-owned one. I didn’t know what kind of “trouble” I got myself into, frankly, when I decided to buy a 2014 Lexus, which based on my friend’s thorough analysis, is of the highest value compared to other brands. Nor did I know I need to tap into my strategy consulting skills to muddle through the jungle. The bottom line was that I finally made my purchase, a decent one, from Route 10 Lexus. The sales consultant I worked with was Angela Malanga. I probably wouldn’t appreciate Angela as much without knowing how unethical her competitors can be and have been. Some stats to credentialize my assessment: 1. Total number of dealerships visited: 4. This covers all major Lexus dealerships in northern NJ 2. Total trips made to dealerships: 7 (average 4 hours for each trip) 3. Total quotes received: 15 4. Total cars test driven: 6 5. Total number of sales consultants worked with closely: 3 6. Total number of hours spent on market research: 20 After a thorough market research, with many days of frustration and disgusted feelings from interactions with the most dishonest sales people from two other dealers (Englewood and Tri-Country), I was more than thrilled to close the deal with Angela. I would recommend Angela and her team to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Lexus and who wants to have a good experience and gets a fair deal. Angela differentiates herself from her competitors in several ways: 1. Honesty: unlike her competitors, Angela was honest about what she knew and what she didn’t. My mantra is: If I don’t trust someone, I don’t ever buy from him/her. I walked away from two deals with Englewood and Tri-Country, respectively. I was appalled at how outright the sales men just lied in my face. a. A sales man at Tri-Country was trying to trick me into believing a FWD was an AWD. When I pointed out to him that car didn’t have the AWD letters on the back, he said he removed them – apparently, he thought I was a 5-year old. My research later showed it was a different model. b. A sales man at Englewood claimed a headlight covered by condensations was a cosmetic issue that if I didn’t take it, any customer would take it as-is for an L-certified Lexus – he needs more training, to say the least, to understand what an L-certified Lexus means at the point of sales. I caught him lying 3 other times – this is unbelievable for a 29-year old. He probably lied about his age too. (Note that I have the names of the two sales men at Tri-Country and Englewood and all the communications with them showing how unbelievably unprofessional (a more proper word should be “dishonest”) they were. To be fair to the other two dealers, I cannot rule out the possibilities that they have credible people as well.) 2. Delivering on promises: Angela delivered on all her promises. She didn’t agree to offer everything I asked for, understandably. But she tried her best to meet or exceed my expectations. For the terms she agreed to, she has delivered. 3. Persistence: I have worked with many highly talented individuals in a very competitive industry. Angela is the most persistent individual I have ever worked with. And her persistency paid off for both of us. 4. Good Communications: Angela’s email communications were the best. She was polite, clear, and logic. Recently, I finally got a chance to have my car washed for the 1st time. Sal, the detail manager, came to work on a Saturday so he could take care of my car, personally. I double any other dealership would match this kind of personalized and high quality services. Many thanks to Sal as well. A customer who vows to recognize great people and great work

Lexus of Route 10, a Celebrity Motor Cars Company, is not just a car dealership it is a classy establishment; a white glove facility that is truly top-notch! They really do treat people like they are a celebrity. They have hundreds, thousands of customers, however when working with their entire staff, they make me feel like I am the only customer. They are welcoming, warm, compassionate, understanding, willing to work with people, fair, honest, upfront, upmost professionalism, accommodating, come to a common ground, merit worthy with due just cause, and do anything to make the customer satisfied. Everyone has the right to refuse service to anyone and the customer is not always right, however they do everything to service the customer and make the situation right. I shopped around to a few dealerships and this is the one I feel most secure and safe with giving them my loyal business; by far it is the best Lexus dealership I have had the honor and privilege to do business with since my first Lexus, 20 years ago. I have been a Lexus customer for many years and am a repeat customer with this particular dealership. I have purchased quite a few cars from them and had everyone serviced with a smile. They really give the 5 star Lexus experience. They capture the definition of the relentless pursuit of perfection, the Lexus motto. This is my first lease with Lexus and from the exceptional deal with the Master Certified Sales Consultant, Eric Saltz, to the management leadership, with Greg Weinglass and Bob Giaquinto, to finally the service staff team, the entire process with them was nothing but professional, fair, and accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership for any transaction and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would, as they provide the best of everything and are an elite and established organization. It truly is an experience working with them and gaining a long lasting rapport!

I just returned from a 340 mile round trip from Bel Air, MD to Lexus of Route 10, to check out a CPO 2013 ES 350, and I honestly cant believe the experience I had. As consumers, most of us dread buying cars. The hassle of negotiating and spend your day in a dealership where you are fighting just to feel as if you havent been taken advantage of. Fortunately, this was nothing of the sort. First, when I sent an online inquiry, I immediately received a response from Rodger Pannucci who turned out to be the absolute best salesman Ive ever bought anything from. Rodger was honest, straight forward, and accommodated my every desire, with sure pleasure. There was nothing I requested that wasnt accommodated. Like I said, I still cant believe how great the experience was. The entire time I kept thinking someone was going to approach me and tell me there was a mistake, and the price wasnt the price agreed. Fortunately that never happen and even though I was totally thrilled with the deal I was getting, Rodger and his finance manager Sean Byrne made the deal even better. Rodger is someone who you will feel right at home with. He made me feel so comfortable, it was almost as if I knew him for years. Sean and I talked about family and finances while processing my sale and I really got a chance to know him as well. Both gentleman are true professionals and great people. They make a great team and represent the company exceptionally. I really cant say enough great things about them and the experience I had. The entire purchase took three hours and it would have been faster but time flies when you are having fun. Three years ago I purchased an RX from Prestige Lexus and the experience doesnt compare. Give Rodger Pannucci a call next time your in the market for a car and Im sure he will take great care of you.
