I once thought that this was not only the best Jeep Dealership, but the best Car Dealership around. Boy was I young and naive. I leased a beautiful Jeep Willy Wrangler thinking I got a decent deal. I put $3,253.45 down and my monthly payments were $454.45 a month of 36 months. As months passed by, people would tell me that putting all of that money down with lease payments that high for a Jeep worth $27,500 at best was insane. I thought maybe my credit could have been the issue but it wasnt. The issue was the $7,786.96 "Rent Charge" that both Nielsen and the Bank snuck in there as I was again young and naive at the time. When I discovered this, I asked Nielsen why this rent charge was so high? Like a little kid who does wrong, they put their head down and quietly blamed the bank. I asked the bank who the vehicle was leased with why this was so high and they admitted they accepted the high number, but they did make say that it was Nielsens Finance Department who were the masterminds behind this insanely high "Rent Charge". Looking back at this entire lease, I put down $3,253.45 and was supposed to pay on $8,573.24, which was the depreciated value of the vehicle that was figured out by the brain trust aka the Finance Department of Nielsen. For Nielsens Finance Department to be able to sleep at night knowing they threw an extra $7,786.96 as a "Rent Charge" to a customer is sickening if you ask me. Again, being new to the whole Leasing/Car Buying experience, they were able to pull this off and become much more wealthier off of me which is why I made sure to write this review so it does not happen to a potential customer that may be new to purchasing or leasing vehicles. With that said, I went on and attempted to purchase the vehicle after the lease was about to expire. ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE...... As I came in, Tony Infantino sat down with me to help with the financing aspect ahead. First, the computer systems wouldnt allow him to log in, so he wasnt able to get information on the purchase price or anything regarding the banking aspect. Secondly, he kept getting up and leaving his desk while helping me in order to help customers looking to purchase vehicles. Since I understood he was not going to be making money off me financing the vehicle, I get why helping customers looking to buy cars was more important to him ($$$). After waiting, and waiting and waiting some more, he told me he would call me tomorrow when the finance department was in to let me know what the next step was going to be. On a side note, I find it strange that it was 6:00 PM on a weekday and there was "no finance department member" at the dealership. If that was true, how are people able to purchase cars at that time if they had left already....? Anyway.. I got a text the next day from Tony and he told me the Finance Department was able to set up financing on my Jeep. He told me to come in that day, but I needed to bring money in for a down payment on the vehicle. WHAT?!?!? I asked how much money I needed for a down payment and he said approx. $2,050. I could not even believe he was serious and told him NO THANKS, I already put enough money down in the first place and that I also payed an insane amount towards the "Rent Charge" on the vehicle that there was not a chance I was putting anymore money down. Furthermore, I tried to contact Nielsen via telephone as I left many messages and wrote numerous letters to them asking them to help me with financing the vehicle which none of them were not returned. The vehicle ended up getting sold. I am glad I have nothing to do with this money hungry dealership anymore. I ended up purchasing a Brand New Vehicle from a much better Car Dealership whereas I did not need to put a down payment out and my payments are much less. Plus, I was able to finance without any trouble what so ever at rates much less than the rip offs at Nielsen tried to offer. My advice: DONT EVER PURCHASE/LEASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Rasheen Cobb- Great Sales Rep. I havent purchased a vehicle since 2002 and I did not have a pleasurable experience during that transaction, so needless to say I was not excited about interacting with a car salesperson. The truth is, many of the sales representatives I have encountered have proven to be untrust worthy; the entire bait and switch tactics are annoying. I started my search for a new vehicle on May 1, 2014; I wanted an America car, with a sunroof and AWD. I visited about seven dealerships and I quickly realized that the salesmen who I encountered were not patient or concerned with my interest. They were only concerned with the sales price and whether I would finance the car through their dealership. By May 12th, I was completely fed up and done with searching for a vechicle. I was told every lie to get me into the dealership, but when it came time for them to make honest on their promises, they were unable to follow through. Fortunately, on May 14, 2014, I decided to give my search one last try. I searched for a dealship close to my job and found Nielson. I reviewed their website and drove over on my lunch hour. Rasheen Cobb, was the first sales rep. who approached me. He was calm and polite. I stressed that I had limited time, but if I found something today and the figures were accurate, that I was ready to make a purchase today. Mr. Cobb, smiled and stated " I keep things simple!" Did I doubt him? Of course, I did! But he was willing to prove me wrong! The vehicle I was interested in was sold, but he was able to show me an upgraded model with a higher sales price. I asked if he could match the price of the sold model and Mr. Cobb asked his manager, who consented to the price reduction. Yes, I was shocked. Mr. Cobb proceed to provide me with a copy of the car facts, "out the door" cost of the vehicle, and his business card". He was not aggressive or pushy which was a relief. As promised, I returned after work and Mr. Cobb and the finance department walked me through the entire process. I purchased a 2012 Dodge Caliber with no money down, with monthly payments within my budget. The process was extremely simple. Every member of Nielson, whom I encountered was polite and pleasant. After speaking with other sales reps. from different dealerships, I felt dirty (and in great need of a shower), but the Nielson Team was definitely refreshing. The icing on the cake was spinning the "prize wheel" and winning $200. Needless to say, this experience was indeed shocking and pleasurable. Once again, thank you Mr. Cobb for your patience and professionalism. I truly appreciate your assistance in this purchase.

Sales good/ service needs improvement and erodes a good experience Service experience On 3.3.14 the check engine light came on in my 300S, called to schedule appointment to check light. We were told that they were packed and set an appointment for 3.6.13 @ 10:00am. We arrived on time no one could be seen in the check in booth. We parked and went into the service area and were rudely informed we had to check in at the booth. We stated no one seemed to be in the booth. We do back outside and the people were sitting on the floor of the booth and could not be seen unless you walked up to the booth. So we check in, go inside and wait, and wait, and wait. 12:30pm we go back to the from service counter to ask about the car. The only person there said, “didn’t anyone talk to you" we said no. then we were told that the service rep must have gone to lunch. We were told to wait some more. Finally someone came in at 1:15 and said they decided to change the oil also, without asking us further elongating the visit. 2:30 PM we finally got the car back. They changed an oil sensor and the oil. 4.5 hrs. and zero customer service. I sent comments in to the "contact us" portal on the Neilsen webpage, no response, I got an email from Nielsen asking about the service, and I called the Manny, whose name was at the bottom of the email. NO RESPONSE. Is this the kind of service Chrysler touts as World Class, I dont think so..... Sales My Wife and I went to Nielsen on Rt 10, not really knowing what to expect. Our last experience at another Dodge dealer (not Nielsen) was less than stellar. We were looking for another vehicle, we were looking at the 300 series vehicles. When we scaled the choices down to two, we headed inside. On our way is when we met Mr Formica. He was knowledgeable of the fleet and the perks of each. Not only was he willing to talk about the other vehicles, he handled all the questions very well and was able to differentiate which better suited our needs. Thats the right car! We then talked about the right deal, he went through all potential offers from Chrysler, found some for us, the he went to talk to his internal team, I thought that that was when the problem was going to start. Boy, was I mistaken, Frank came back with one option, we discussed a different route, he patiently went back to his team, and we struck a deal. There was no haggle , no tag team, and no "i need to talk to my manager". Please let Frank know that he did a great job... I will tell all of my friends that Nielsen is the place to go when your looking for a new or used car. Please dont hesitate to use me a reference for anyone at Nielsen. THANK YOU ,FRANK AND THE TEAM !!!!!!!
