This specific location is fairly consistent with other Tom Thumbs, just slightly smaller. The store smells great, their staff is friendly, and everything is neatly organized. However, they received one star because their Store Director (Janelle Green) tried to illegally acquire my SSN number during a Western Union transaction, and if I wasnt smart about it I could have been easily susceptible to fraud because they would have kept all my information on a piece of paper in some logbook/binder rather than in an encrypted system. My reviewing credibility is fair, and I assure you this place is OK if you go for a shopping visit where you wont need Customer Service OR Western Union!

This store is good for one thing - convenience to my home. Its always under-staffed, so good luck checking out if youre in a hurry. Often only one lane is open so forget that "express" business. When they do open a second lane, its AFTER someone with a full buggy has hit the "express" lane cuz its the only one open. Theres NEVER an employee on the floor, except for early in the morning when theyre stocking. Checkout employees are not cheerful but I dont blame them - theres often seemingly only about 3 people (besides pharmacy, deli, meat counter) manning the store. They are obviously under staffed and over worked.

This is one of my all time favorite grocery stores and I LOVE to go to the grocery store. The cashier Lou is always pleasant and helpful, the manager Linda accommodating to customer needs and concerns, and everyone in each store department friendly and smiling and greet you. As long as I live in the area I will continue to shop at this store!

I always shop at this store and have for years. Cashiers are always friendly and helpful. All the store workers are always friendly and they store layout is EXCELLENT. The store is always clean, orderly and well stocked. Even the bathrooms are always clean. These are good people and we are glad to have them in our neighborhood.

I love this store. The deli is inexpensive and really good. The store is small enough for quick in and outs and large enough to have what you need. Their free store membership card gives big discounts too. They have wifi and accept all major credit cards including the Texas star card.

Good neighborhood store. Smaller than most Tom Thumbs these days. No self checkout offered. Even after their 2012 remodel. Cant give better rating until self service made available. Before work, waiting for 3 people to check out when all I have is a yogurt, is maddening.

Tom Thumb may not always be the cheapest... But when you get good, clean, fresh and an abundance of options for produce and other goods; it is totally worth it. Plus if you time it right and have their rewards card the sales and rewards are better than any other grocery store.

Its a small Tom Thumb, to be sure, but the people who work there are very friendly. The pharmacy staff knows me by name as well as one of the cashiers. I love this store. Sometimes check out is slow, but that would be my only reservation.

This Tom Thumb has consistently overcharged me and my family for years. Always remember the prices of what you buy. Overcharged $4.79 tonight on a $42 checkout (on iced cream and contact solution). Just the last straw :(
