For anyone who complains about the selection, theyre insane. Ive been to plenty, and their selection is amazing! They have a vast variety, and I was extremely impressed! The employees are wonderful and extremely helpful. If people say they have issues with "following" employees, just kindly tell them you need space. Be an adult. Youre in an adult sex store, so speak up. For anyone who complains about prices, battery operated toys, or no returns, do some research before going here. They have a NO RETURN POLICY. Honestly, would YOU want to purchase something that was used in any way? Even a candle, spray, or anything else, nobody would purchase it. They have a "no returns" sign at the counter. About the toys? Do some research. Battery operated toys are not for long term uses for the batteries inside them. Either deal with buying huge packs of batteries, or shell out a few more bucks for a rechargeable. The prices are fine for what it is. Remember, you get what you pay for, and if you pay a cheaper price, then you get a cheaper product. Keep in mind that cheap and inexpensive are two different things. If you purchase cheap products of anything all your life, youll either be disappointed or just continue to repurchase the item. Either way, its more expensive in the long run. Always remember that these items are going to be a little more expensive depending on supply and demand. They also are running a business. You are paying what they paid for the toys, PLUS a convince fee so they can continue to operate. The best part of a toy store like this is you can see how they feel, operate, look and fit (non sexually) all in person. This place is wonderful, and I love going in.

I cant help but to feel like I WASTED money on that store with the items I purchased. I truly believe their items might be expired. Whats the sence of buying something if you cant use it because it doesnt work? I tired seeing if i could at least get the same product for the inconvenience but the associate explained how they wouldnt be able to help me out which I didnt understand. I mean I know there is a no exchange or refunds policy but its common sense that if somebody spent alot of money in a store the company should show some consideration especailly at the fact of me not being able to know if it had functioning battieres when the toys themseleves were in a sealed packge in which id be giving somebody as a gift to only find out when they open it, it wasnt functioning. She also had mentioned they always advise the costumers to check all battery items but in my case I for not one second recall any employee telling me I can open a sealed package to try out the batteries. Honestly I feel played & im the type of person that if im spending money its for something thats worth it! I vaule my money & obviously this store doesnt vaule it.

RIPP OFF! Selling defective products and refusing refund. In this store the items are overpriced and dont work (if its battery operated) The very first day I brought it home I put batteries in it and failed to respond at all. I brought it back to the store thinking I could atleast get an exchange. They refused an exchange. I asked for a refund, they refused a refund. This store is RIPPING OFF its customers. Beware! Dont spend money here, unless you like to give money away. Never go here, stick to online.

Walked in and the staff was wonderful, then not even 5 minutes looking and walking around the older white women with the short blonde hair followed us the whole time as if we were going to take something, then walked down another row and was still following us. I have never felt so uncomfortable unwanted and annoyed in this store ever. I have been here numerous times but after this experience I will never go back.

A majority of the staff is friendly however i called ahead to get pricing on an item and after i drove an hour to look at their selection they told me a higher price than previously discussed and no one was willing to work with me. I will not go to that store again unfortunately.

Yo I love the two latino girls that work here. They are cool had me laughin the whole time. We were really acting out. Love the atmosphere here. Customer service is awesome. Prices are a little steep but we must help these lovely ladies make a living. Ill be back soon for sure.

The ladies were very informed and funny. Kept it from being an weird experience like it is with most places. Items are a lil expensive tho from what Ive seen at other stores me and my wife have visited. Both experiences at the store were great tho. Will probably go a third

Friendly staff. But sold me defective product. Tried exchanging the product, other product also defective. Will not give refund either. Will not come back. Will go to Amazon next time.
