So the actual car buying itself wasnt too bad. Annabelle helped me, she got me right into the exact car that I wanted and she worked with my payments. Cool. My problem happened on day 32 of having the car, the starter stopped so I was out of a car for a week and when I called, they basically gave me a "oh well youre screwed" kind of attitude that I was NOT expecting. I had to pay $310 to get my car fixed from Lakeland Toyota since they had to come tow it from Tampa. I didnt like that and they gave me the runaround for my tag which is still expired. Since my birthday is around the corner, Im just going to go to the DMV & renew it. They do have a high interest rate but they do help people that have bad credit & not a lot for a down payment. Just beware, they are salesmen so after you buy the car, you are on your own.

If I could give zero starts I would so I got a 2012 Kia soul from here when I got the car it already had over 96 thousand miles on it should of been my red flag there but I was in dyer need of a car for work purposes so i get it anyway long story short I have the car for 1 month and 2weeks then the check engine light comes on i set up a appointment with Lakeland Toyota to get it checked out so I go to get in the car to take it over to them the moter sets on fire I call to let them know I was told once the car leave the lot they have nothing to do with it so now Im out of a car and they are still calling me about a payment for a car i cant even drive

Biggest ripoff ever. And Im out my down payment, the money I spent on a new battery, and i have no vehicle. All because no one explained the "pick up payment" told them on Wednesday Id have the pick up payment 1st thing Friday and on Friday morning they had repoed the truck. So, they got $500, plus the $100 for a battery and the truck now Im about to lose my job because I have no vehicle. Oh yeah, they have a F rating with the better business bureau go figure. Do not buy a car from them. Did I mention I only had the truck 2 weeks.

Unfortunately there is not a minus stars option on here. The vehicle I purchased from them first broke down 5 days after I purchased it. This car has broken down 3 times in the 6 months that I have had it! Their answer is "You are the one that bought the car." These people are con artist, their parent company, Lakeland Toyota, is not any better. They repeatedly rape their customers and expect you to thank them for it. SHAMEFUL!!!

NEGATIVE STARS - ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I went in gave a down payment was suppose to return the next day to turn in my insurance information but I changed my mind , they said it would take a few days to get my money returned to me - going on 3 weeks no one returns your calls and no on can explain where my money is. I want my money ASAP!!!!!!!! I highly recommend for NO ONE to purchase from this dealership.
