I called this location twice to talk to someone about a very simple order of business cards. My first impression was that the two men I spoke to (Javier and Arash) were rude, but I brushed it off and just assumed it was simply communication difficulties because of their strong accents. I confirmed with them that they could fulfill my order and then sent them my files and order information through their web site. I received a confirmation e-mail and checked that everything was correct, which it was. On the day that I was supposed to pick up my cards (for a very important meeting), I decided to call before going to the location just to make sure everything was squared away. I am sure you can see where this is going: Not only did they not complete my order, but Arash claimed he and Javier never spoke to me in detail, TWICE about my order when I placed it. On top of that, Arash was very rude about the entire ordeal. As a business, I dont have time for this sort of operation. The customer service I experienced was poor. I ended up taking my business to the Alphagrahics in Buckhead. They were so much more friendlier and did a great job.

I know some may have made negative comments concerning the employees at Alpha Graphics, but I have worked with them on multiple occasions for many of my projects ( I am a personal consultant in Public Relations and Advertising), the guys are always attentive, understanding that I may not know all the printing and computer information like they do, and they make sure my projects print professionally and with such beauty and printing perfection. They really care about your individual project no matter how big or small. When you go, ask for Javier or Arash Karimi (General Manager)- they are wonderful!

The entire staff was extremely helpful. I was printing invitations I created for a friend. I have no experience with graphic design, but the entire staff was patient and very helpful. Arash, the general manager, and Nick made sure my invites turned out better than what I created. They paid very close attention to detail and everything was done instantly! Hands down one of the best customer experiences Ive had at any business in the city of Atlanta, and at a printing shop, who wouldve guess. I might venture out into graphic design just to continue business with this wonderful staff!

We used AlphaGraphics for our RevLocal trade booth marketing piece. It came out very professional and eye-catching. The turnaround time was very reasonable and we were able to have it for The Kids Business Expo at the Galleria. The customer service when I picked it up was friendly. Located in the heart of Lenox right in the Bank of America building, so its very convenient for people that work in the Lenox area

That place is fantastic, I was in the need of a banner for a trade show, we lost the original in the flight, they took the file, printed installed on a pop up banner support, even deliver at the hotel just in a couple hours , they had to modify the file to fit the support properly, everything went sommthly,they save me a lot of trouble in no time ......thanks Alpha Graphic.

These guys are "AMAZING"! I needed some business cards on short notice for a business trip and they were able to print the same day and they also helped me with the design. They turned out really nice! Pricing was good too! I gave them 5 stars and would give them more of I could.

I had to print 600 newsletters and mail them out ASAP, with a sick toddler on my hands, and not only did they get it done within an hour, they had someone carry it to my car so I wouldnt have to deal with parking. Good printing quality too.
