Cant say enough about how poor the service is! WOW could you please be more condescending???? The guys in the service department should really reconsider their current occupation. Their customer service is terrible!! I will not buy from this company because of this, and their attitude. It stinks because I enjoy supporting small businesses- now I wont support this one. I dropped of my Polaris for a basic 50 hr service. The manual states 2 hrs to complete. Nothing fancy. Oil, filters, lube, torque a few bolts, etc. . . I was told it would be "about a week". 1 week later I called and was told it would be 2 more days (Friday) due to them being slammed. No problem. I understand. So... I called back on Friday and they told me it would be Tuesday. I expressed a little displeasure and stated that had I known it was going to be 2 weeks I would have taken my business elsewhere or at least could have planned accordingly. The service department tech said "I apologize" but never actually said "Im sorry" which infuriated me. When I pointed it out. He even argued that saying "I apologize" is the same as saying "Im sorry". I called on Tuesday and they said it would be Wednesday. When I called Wednesday they said they had just put it on the rack and it would be tomorrow. At that point I snapped. They told me the same thing the previous day. I told them to take it off the rack and have it waiting outside that I would be there to pick it up in 20 mins. Of course when I arrived it wasnt outside as I asked. The service rep behind the counter told me they were almost finished and all they had to do was put the oil back in it and the 50 hr service would be completed. I told him "NO WAY! Im done. Push it outside and lets load it up." 20 minutes later he drives up with it to my trailer and said they put oil in it then says " see ya" and walks off. That was now 3 requests that they ignored from the customer. I took it around the corner to another shop and had it back in less than 24 hrs !!! The other shop informed me that the differential oil was drained from the rear axle and that several of the grease fittings had obviously not been greased because they were covered with mud. I have NO doubts WHATSOEVER that they drained and/or left the oil out of the rear differential on purpose. They told me that EVERYTHING was done and it was "good to go". Had I believed them I would have a serious repair bill. This is CRIMINAL in my opinion and suggests that I was correct in my decision to go elsewhere. At no time did anyone offer any real apology or a way to remedy the situation. The shop manager wanted to argue with me when I asked to "just severe our relationship and take my business elsewhere." I didnt like getting the run around. If you cannot meet your own deadline then dont make the promise !!! And if you are going to miss the deadline CALL ME! DONT make me call you repeatedly to get a status update! The other shop pressure washed all the mud off of the UTV and also fixed my rear tire that had a slow leak. They didnt even mention fixing the leak. I figured it out when it didnt leak down over the next few days!!! SAFE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLE - GO TO SMF CYCLES IN NEWNAN. Theyll work hard to earn your business !!!

Do not fall for any of there talk about warrantys or how they will take care of you and the machine you purchase. The salesman do not have a clue what they are selling , they do not back up the products they sell and they do not take care of you as a customer after you sign on the doted line. Roger is full of crap and will say whatever you want to hear to push you into buying a quad that he needs to sell. They will also lie to you about sending you a gift card in the mail if you send anyone up there to buy something but what they do not tell you is that you have to give there crappy service a good review to get a 25$ gift card. Cant buy much at that place for 25$. Service department and parts department will tell you 2 completely different things are wrong with your machine. Luckily i listened to the parts department instead of the lead guy in the service department because he was trying to make me spend 300 + dollars when all I needed to spend was 72$. But then again they did get me the wrong parts and i had to wait an extra week , but hey i had to wait 3 weeks to get my 2016 Atv running right the day after i got it anyway so whats another week!! Warning to anyone that goes down to that place , check all other places first price wise.... Mountain Motorsports , Weathers Honda , anywhere before you go to Cycle City cause they will rip you a new one.

The sales person was ok but I do not recommend for parts and service. After placing an order for my 2015 sportsman ace 570 and accessories, I had to wait a week and a half just get the response of not being able to get the aftermarket exhaust through parts. That should be something that should be figured out within the first 5 minutes. I ordered an aftermarket exhaust online and received it a few days later. The same day I received the exhaust I took my machine off road for the first time. Got stuck and the 4 wheel drive did not work. Called Cycle City and was assured that it was working and it was operator error. Took my machine to Adriniline Powersports in Griffin GA to have the exhaust put on and decided to have them look at the 4 wheel drive. The conclusion is that when Cycle City installed my winch they knocked the plug to my 4 wheel drive loose. I also had a feeling my 4 wheel drive wasnt working because its supposed to show up on the indicator panel when it is engaged. Before I took it to Adriniline powersports it didnt show up, now it does. Cost me money for the time to get that fixed. Highly disappointed!

I had to get a new tire for my 82 Goldwing. The price was good here, but getting it changed was the issue. When I paid for the tire I asked "How much for mounting?" The reply was about $40. Sounds good... When I went back after the tire came in (not is stock) and dropped the bike off, nothing was said about the age of the bike. A half-hour after leaving, I got notified the price would jump to about $75 or $80, because its an old bike... wth??? Another hour went by and they called back, not to say they were finished, but to say "Since it has double swing-arms and means much more work, it will have to be $115 to do it." Well Heck, with little choice I paid it, but promised I wouldnt go back. I said if they would have told me this up-front, I would not have had an issue with the $115, but it didnt need to change 3 times after I dropped my bike off. .... Oh, yeah-After I got my bike home I noticed the nuts that hold the rear shocks to the frame were missing.... yeah, you know, the ones they have to take off to remove the rear tire???? Safely made it home, yeah, but scared for other people getting work done there...
