I purchased a new/leftover 2015 Speed Triple from Freewheeling in Douglasville and was thoroughly pleased with the experience. Everyone I talked to there was super nice and very helpful. Dan, the salesman I dealt with, was great. He took a lot of time out to talk to me and let me test drive two different motorcycles to see which I preferred. He was great, the GM (Ricky) who closed the deal and did the paperwork was great, The girls at the sales counter were great, the sales guy in the Honda department when we popped over to check out little bikes for my wife was great, the guy who helped me tie the new bike down in the back of my truck was great, and the owner even stopped by to thank me for my business. All very friendly people. No high pressure sales, just a good deal with honest people. Ive already recommended them to a friend looking for a bike and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

I purchased my Triumph T100 from Freewheeling Triumph in July 2015 from Dan & was very pleased with every aspect of the transaction. He even took the time to make sure my new bike was strapped down securely to my trailer for the 100 mile trip home. Ill be travelling from Auburn, AL for parts & service & its worth the trip to do business there. Theyve been in business for more than 40 years and theres a reason for that. They provide "knock your socks off" customer service! I was never pressured to buy anything I didnt want or need either. So, just go there, you wont regret the decision to do so!

Very very helpful! Chris especially In service. Rode 45 mins to figure out what was wrong with my bike, he checked it out, ordered parts, and all I have to do now is drop my Triumph off to get fixed. So far, so good! Highly recommended after my first visit. Everyone was extremely helpful as far as service and parts department goes. I havent spent $1 yet and I have received just remarkable service. Thats how you run a business. Take note!! Now you all need to open a Triumph service department closer to Kennesaw! Lol

Every time I go to Freewheeling, the employees do their best to answer all of my questions. I have purchased a four wheeler and a dirt bike through them and both times I had great experiences. Prices arent super expensive like some competitors and both my four wheeler and dirt bike have been running great. Each time I go I am never pressured into purchasing something which is great. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking into purchasing an atv, side by side, dirt bike, or motorcycle.

“Dan is a knowledgeable, friendly, no-pressure salesman. He eagerly worked with us on a price we could afford and modifications to make our new Street Twin just the right bike for my niece. Although we didnt need to take him up on his offer, Dan offered to deliver our bike to us in Marietta and pick it up while we waited for modification parts to arrive. I highly recommend doing business with him and the Douglasville dealership.

Completely satisfied with service including help getting the scooter in my car. Plenty of uncertainty since 49cc single cylinder motorcycles cannot be licensed until I got to Airventure. Just needs a drivers license to operate a motorized bicycle or scooter. Plenty of old farts like myself riding these scooters in the 15MPH campground.

Dropped my bike off on Tuesday to be worked on Wednesday and picked up Thursday. Simple work. Its Saturday and I still havent heard back about when my bike will be done, and the service department isnt answering the phone. Im tempted to go pick it up right now.
