Seriously not good. Furniture came damaged several pieces. They had to replace the head board 4 times cause they kept on bringing damaged goods. I had to take off of work from for them to bring me damaged goods than take off again . My sofa after 6 mo of limited use has been falling apart at the seams even where I dont sit. Both the seat and back cushions havent held up at all. Purchased the protection plan absolutely does nothing for me even though the sales person mis lead me into thinking everything is covered. Ive had service at my house several times . They seem to not care. I have put calls into corporate and they havent been helpful at all. Also called store to speak to the manager and hes always with a customer and doesnt call me back. I think I may have to take them to small claims court . Do yourself a favor buy more exspensive better quality furniture cause I have to throw this junk in the basement and purchase thomasville they have a better quality. So my furniture is 2 yrs old no kids jumping on it and its falling apart so I have to waste money again. So terrIble.

Salesmen are great, managers are worse that used car dealers. Furnished most of our house through this specific store, had an issue with a delivery of a bed and a rug. Manager from "deliveries" promised to follow up, never did. Started ignoring calls and emails. Regarding the rug, i believe the managers name was John. Said he would follow up with us on monday, its over a week. Theyre happy to take your money, but when it comes time to fix a problem they run away. Spend your money with a store who appreciates it. Stuck with a $600 rug that doesnt match!

Just purchased a bedroom set. It was delivered on time as promised by a professional and competent crew. Upon inspecting the dresser, I found that one of the draws was previously damaged and repaired. This draw was taken and replaced with a new one within one hour. I was impressed by the excellent service and attention we received.

We have always shopped at Raymour & Flanigan but it seems over time their sales people are just creepy. My wife and I went this weekend and couldnt do anything without this man inches behind us. Left no time for us to talk and just made us feel uncomfortable. We ended up leaving because we couldnt talk without him in the way.

Very large furniture store. Decent prices. Large selection. They have some modern pieces but like any long Island furniture store, they concentrate heavily on classic furniture.
