Bought a gortex ski jacket and gortex bibs less than a year ago. The button on the jacket snow skirt ripped off leaving a hole and the zipper on the bibs fell off as well. Both products are less than a year old, and used on a weekend basis, not heavy use. I have previously owned patagonia equipment and it seemed to hold up forever, but the quality of the gear seems to have drastically dropped recently. Found it really disappointing, and I am hoping they fix the quality issue. I dont think their gear should be breaking in under a year of light weekend use.

Great staff - exchanged a defective product for me on the spot. I expressed surprise that I hadnt violated the time limit (it had been about 4 weeks) and the salesman said, you could have brought this to us 50 days from now and we wouldve exchanged this - dont ever worry about counting days with any defects. Very refreshing experience, even if the stock is somewhat limited.

I bought a jacket here 3 years ago and love it. I took it into the store for some repairs and they gave me a new jacket verses doing the wear and tear repairs, because it was a 6 week wait for repairs. Completely impressed and only have to pay a $50 difference between jackets. Patagonia is an amazing company, this is why I keep buying clothes here. Thank you!

They make really amazing gear at Patagonia, and I love walking into the store. Also have pretty good sales now and then. The prices, while expensive, are justified by the repairs/replacement of faulty or broken products - excellent customer service. That said, $50 for a cotton t-shirt with no zippers to break and replace is a bit much.

We called this store 2 days before Christmas to order a product and have them ship it to us. They were extremely helpful and kind, got the product and shipped it that day. We received it with a nice note and a few stickers. Thank you employees at Patagonia for going above and beyond on a busy holiday weekend! You guys rule.

Great store for anything you want patagoina without being too obvious about it haha Its nice to go in every now and then and see what they have because they carry the stuff not everyone can get at a normal store. Their visual merch guy get me every time -> i walk out buying somthing literally each time i go in

Just took some gear over that needed to be repaired. The staff (Drew?) at Patagonia Denver absolutely killed it and made whats traditionally a painful processing (returns) very easy. Definitely reinforces why I choose Patagonia gear over the competition and will be a lifelong customer. Thanks again!

Its a good basic Patagonia store. But being a flagship store, I was expecting their specialty lines, esp fly fishing, to be on display. The store size reminded me of the stores at Vail and Beaver Creek.
