Went back with some shirts I had bought a few months back. I had barely worn the shirts- maybe not even twice, and realized they were too big. They explained to me they could not resell them, as I had worn them previously. I felt bad about this, as it seemed wasteful on my part. However, they completely refunded me the fair value of each shirt. I could not be more pleased with their customer service, it has truly exceeded my expectations. I should also speak to the shirts quality- which is exceptional. The non-iron is a fabulous touch, and I always get compliments on them.

Decent service but they would not even honor their own receipt from when I returned an item last week for store credit. When I returned the item I was not sure what I wanted instead (it was a gift) they gave me store credit. When I went back today and had the receipt they gave me they said that they couldnt honor it without the actual gift card. But they never gave me a gift card when I returned the item. This was he first I was hearing of a physical card. Long story short they stole $175 from me. I will never be an orvis customer again

Great selection of high-quality clothes and outdoors equipment. Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff help find the perfect item. They went the extra mile to pull out an unfinished displaay to allow me to find what I was looking for, and had my purchase mailed to my home for free when they didnt have my size in stock. Cherry Creek Orvis is definitely a good place to go for higher-end gear, especially if you need assistance figuring out exactly what you need.

Went in yesterday in search of a Safe Passage 800 Duffle. Maddie and the crew went above and beyond to find the only one they had in stock. Maddie was extremely professional and kind. This Orvis store has not let me down at all. Ill keep coming back!

Was in town for a couple days. Bought some flies here and was directed on a better way to get to Deckers without going over the 13 mile Pine Creek Road in my small rental car :-) lol... The staff was super helpful and not pushy.
