Extremely disappointed in the customer service especially the manager on duty, Erin, on 11/21/15. They had a coupon for spend $25 on yarn get $5 off, spend $50 get $10 off etc. My subtotal was 49.91 due to one product being on unadvertised sale. I asked if they could still give me the $10 off coupon and Erin refused because she cant give me 9 cents. I asked if she could just key in a $5 coupon and she wouldnt since I didnt meet the limit. Thanks for being a friend of the customer, Erin, I returned $20 worth of yarn because of your unwillingness to assist.

Bought a handheld sewing machine from this location that was defective. Store refused to allow me to return it because it was electronic equipment and had been open. The return policy clearly states that defective equipment can be returned, but store manager refused to accept. I will not be shopping here again! Return policy is horrible and selection is very poor compared to the Hobby Lobby across the street.

As an art major, I found their supplies extensive and varied. They carry of sought of art supplies and ornamentals. Always go with a coupon, itll save you some money. Coupons can be found online or in store ask an associate.

I was a little disappointed in the selection. For example, I build plastic models. Its biggest competitor has a whole aisle dedicated to models. Michaels barely had a few shelves full.
