I drove roughly an hour to this place in hopes of getting new shoes. I found the shoe selection extremely small for a title like "Nike Factory". After walking around the whole store for about 30 minutes I realized there was NOT one shoe that I would want to get. So respectfully I decided I would get sweatpants. Of course every pair of sweats they had were only larges. I asked the mananger if they had anymore sizes and he gave me a dirty look and simply said no...as if I was stealing. I stormed out and made my hour drive back without getting anything I was hoping for. Never going back

Store has great stuff, although still pricey. Most of the employees are very helpful, while I was there more than one person asked me if I needed help. They have a variety of items but some of them are the same prices you would find in a regular store! After finding a pair of pants and falling in love with the price, the store changed the signs and the item was no longer on sale. When I said something about this the individual checking me out said O I am sorry" and that was it I was very disappointed that they did not make up for the mistake.

Worst Nike store ever. Went to return some shoes and managers gave me huge problems. Drew, the manager, told me it was fishy that I was returning shoes... despite the fact that I had receipts that matched my address on my ID. They caused a scene for no reason and made me feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend you do business with this store. This review is coming from someone whos purchased over 100+ pairs of shoes from various Nike stores and outlets.

Big store with a huge sneaker selection and running and athletic clothing as well. The staff is fairly clueless so make sure to know what you are looking for when going. Im not a huge fan of Nikes shoes for running but the athletic aparel is good, though overpriced. Check out the sales racks for decent deals.

Worse nike store in NJ, no selection of shoes, they recycle sneakers by moving them to a different aisle. Same shoes sit there for months and clothes are even worse. High prices for an outlet store...check out Nike Newark very clean and organized bigger selection

I can only speak for the mens section: the selection of shoes and clothes was terrible. I didnt even come close to buying anything. The discounts are not that good either. There was a pair of shoes being sold for $160. Total waste of time

Its not what you expect. Its a regular Nike store, not a huge discount like expected. They also have less options than regular stores. It was still a nice location and the staff was helpful

This store has the best sales on the holidays. I dont shop their regular price items. Ever. Go during Memorial Day and Labor Day to find an extra 20%-30%off sale price items.

I get all my running shoes here. Many shoes are not marked down enough for me, but the "sale" rack on the back wall are great deals $30-45 for quality running shoes

If you want to shop sneakers then dont miss this store. There are three sneaker stores in this Bergen Town Center. The other two are Skechers and Adidas.
