They need to work on customer service. The lady name chris....e didnt even look at me or acknowledge me! WTF is that! she is rude and mean etc... Have you ever encountered someone so rude, so oblivious and useless that it doesnt even register until *after* you walk away? come here to savemart riverbank if you have bad luck she will assist you. Welcome to Save Mart, how may I NOT assist you? =) I was so embarrassed. Later, I talked the store manager only to find out that the rude clerk was the manager!! So much for customer service!! where is this company getting employes??????????? if you are hispanic or look like one do not go there or you will be in big trobel Bad experience on a service... At the end she Throws my change on the conter.

DO NOT GO TO SAVE MART supermarket on CLARIBEL rd in Modesto. I bought coffeemaker from there 2 weeks ago And as I always do, did not keep box or receipt because I never return anything. Well, coffee maker sparkled and almost caught my kitchen on fire. It was 80.00 and I thought that it was not fare that product like that used 2 weeks should not be returned. I brought it back. They made me look for receipt, told me that they will be reviewing camera, talked down to me to the point I had to call my bank to get exact date and time for them to go through the cameras. I have never been that humiliated as in Save mart. Common really? Never was that humiliated in my life.

Just picked up my sons birthday cake yesterday and it was amazing! When I ordered it I was unsure of what I wanted I told them it was for a Peter Pan party and I wanted an island theme I left it in their hands and was amazed when I picked it up. I order here every year.

My favorite grocery store. While Savemart offers much of the same selection that other stores offer, its the staff at Savemart who make it so much better than its competition. Its nice to feel like youre surrounded by friends when youre grocery shopping.
