Whatever you do, do not have them fix any electronics that you are not PERSONALLY WILLING TO REPLACE AFTER THEY DESTROY IT. I took in an Iphone 7 to be repaired (broken screen) and they literally destroyed the phone ( sensers inside). The phone barely operates now and pretty much does whatever it wants. They will NOT do anything! My screen is no longer cracked which is what I went in for. The manager will explain all the rediculous reasons she is right for charging $130+ dollars to replace and destroy phone. I guess its a trade off.... please go anywhere other than this company, and pay whatever you have to to get it done right. They will do nothing if they break your phone or computers. Do not be fooled by them saying they will repair/or replace anything! They are complete liars! I now have to spend over $800 to replace what they destroyed. I have spoken to many local store employees, managers, owners, as well as corporate office who sells franchises to these lying thieves. They have said that it is either not their problem or nothing they can do. Corporate does not own these stores so you are not allowed to get problems solved by a competent individual who cares about their reputation!
I was very happy and pleased with the service provided. Cassandra the sales clerk went out of her way to help me. I had a problem my Tmobile phone not charging because I let it drain down to 0%. Tmobile tried to sell me another phone and stated its the battery. I happen to have a backup phone and Tmobile switched things over for my number to ring on other phone. I needed a battery for the old phone so I went to Batteries Plus. Cassandra was the sales clerk and I was explaining what was wrong with the other phone. She asked if she could look at it and she plugged it in and said let it site here and see what it does. It started to charge. I purchased a different charger with a bigger boost and its been one week with no problems. Cassandra went out of her way to help me Im so thankful. I feel that Tmobile just wanted to see me a new phone.
Our 2013 Chevy Spark had a battery that has been requiring a jump or battery charge several times since Christmas 2015. Our dealership said there was nothing wrong with the battery and barely checked it. We saw the Batteries Plus on the corner and walked in. The employee Matt was very knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly found a matching battery to our current one and was able to install it with his own tools. He was nice enough to clean out the corrosion that the dealership overlooked and made the previous events of the day a little better. Thank you Matt for your excellent service, great smile and courteous demeanor in our time of need.

Batteries Plus might be great for batteries, but dont let them try to fix your cell phone. I was having issues with the touch screen on my cell phone and came in to see if a battery might fix the problem. They suggested a new screen, which cost me $100. I asked, "What if the new screen doesnt solve the problem?" The answer I got was "you have a warranty." So the new screen didnt solve the problem, but when I went in to get my money back, I was told the warranty wouldnt cover a refund - all they could do was replace the screen. I wasted $100. In future, Ill take my cell phone issues to BestBuy Mobile.
Excellent experience. I arrived a few minutes after the store opened to get a new vehicle battery. The clerk checked the battery, put a load on it and verified it was weak. During the 25 minutes or so, two other customers came in. The clerk was very professional, concentrated first on my battery issue, but still addressed the other two customers and helped them. He actually juggled the three of us in a very efficent way. Within 15 -20 minutes the battery was installed, the other two customers were taken care also. The clerk was was in his 50s was a great help. I will be back.
The batteries in my 2012 car keyfobs last 2 weeks , go dead, then car won t start until multple attempts. I am there alot and have the forever replacement plan. I have gotten a new cellphone battery and watch batteries with no problems. One time the battery in the keyfob was put in upside down by mistake. Workers sell me some longlasting lightbulbs sometimes-seem disappointed that my small condo doesnt need new longlasting batteries and lightbulbs monthly. My friend buys her hearingaide batteries there saying good price and batteries.
Always have what I need, good information from people who work there and a bit pricey - but have bailed me out. Had a battery in a cell phone that had expanded and was going to burst. Ones I could find online were less in cost, but a wait and one never knows with batteries there if is new/refurb. This was brand new, from a brand name maker other than the faulty original. Ordered online and picked it up, saved 10%, helped offset cost. They had more info than my cell carrier did.... Lot more helpful, too.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will not stand by their warrantys. I bought a battery that has the better warranty. I brought it in for warranty and Matt told me that it is not under warranty because it is under 6 volts. Why would I not bring the battery if it had better volts. I asked to talk with Craig the manager and he said he was "busy". Then when I got upset he hung up the phone. Its really sad that people run businesses this way!
Took a Suburban into replace the battery, tech was alone but had me pull it to front door of Largo location, and he came out, and swapped out batteries in less than 15 min. These batteries are not up front, but rather tucked behind everything against the firewall. He had to remove cross braces and all sorts of stuff, but did an awesome job. Will always go here first.
Very friendly and Professional Service! They also sell windshield wiper blades, which was a bit surprising. Very pleasant shopping experience. I plan to return for rechargeable batteries for outdoor solar lights. I avoided going here for years because I thought it was just an overpriced specialty shop. But the prices were reasonable for the purchases that I made.
I purchased 6, 6 volt batteries for our golf cart. Bought them online and picked them up at the store. I did this all in one day, actually in about three hours. Very easy all the way around. They unloaded the old batteries and loaded up the new ones. I didnt lift a finger at the store. ( and them babies are HEAVY). Very good purchase all the way around.
Great easy transaction. Saved money buying on line and picking up at the store. Two year warranty as as opposed to the one year Harley Davidson gives you. A little confusing on the website not stating that you have two types of batteries one Chinese and one American made but thank God the store affiliate made me aware of the differences.
Called them was placed on hold for 10 min phone line was open and over heard the employees talking about everything other than batteries realized the phone line was open and said oops let me finish my story and put me on hold finally Ill order my battery from Walmart
