Went in the other day to exchange a jacket as was a size too small. The associate who helped me was more than helpful. What bothered me was a female associate yelling at her coworker on the shop floor and being rather threatening and disrespectful to him in front of myself and several customers. Eventually a manager was called and handled the situation but to my surprise a few days later when I came back to buy something else that associate was still working in the store and her rude behavior still had not changed. Maybe other store has less drama going on.

The selection here was perfectly fine. The crowds less than inspirational and noisy, but it was tax fee weekend so that could explain the crowd.
