My best friend purchased flowers for my birthday from this florist. She lives in another state and thought she was being directed to a florist near my job but was routed to this place instead. The flowers was supposed to be delivered before 4pm and was not. My friend was very angry and called the company, there was a agreement to return her money and the come would come pick up the flowers. I was having my birthday dinner this company is interrupting me day to tell me about flowers getting there at 6 in the evening. SMH.. The company called me several times and I expressed to the florist I would be at work till 4 pm he assured me somebody would be there... The driver is calling me to pick up the flowers at 5:15 pm. IM HAVE LEFT FOR THE DAY AND MY OFFICE IS LOCKED! the company is calling me to make arrangements with me as if I made the order but they were a gift to me. I told them more than once how to pick up but Im still getting calls for no reason. The person who made the order has yet to have been contacted by this company. I am very disappointed and pissed off that they keep bothering me. I DID MY PART! I guess they expected me to sit and wait for them. What was the driver doing all day? Why were they calling me after I gave pretty clear instructions? Im so mad my evening is ruined now. What was supposed to be a nice gift from my best friend turned out a terrible ordeal. I would not recommend this place! find another florist!

I am out of state and needed help with a last minute order going to Brooklyn. I called in a little bit of panic and the gentleman who helped me was so pleasant and polite! You do not come across customer service like this very often anymore. He carefully took all of my information, had exactly what I needed to order work within my budget and delivered the same day. I truly could not be happier and will only call Paradise when sending flowers in Brooklyn in the future!! 5 stars!

I have very bad impression using this shop, price (expensive) doesnt match quality, pictures on the site do not match the reality! Service is awful, I needed to change delivery address, so they did not respond to emails and talked very rudely, one guy just hang up the phone during conversation and flowers arrived late and to wrong address.

Ordered an arrangement from here yesterday and it came out exactly as I asked. Also, when I called this morning...the gentleman on the phone assured me that everything would be good and he would keep an eye on my order to make sure its exactly as I planned. I will be using this florist as long as I order flowers.

Completely terrific company! Disgusting bunches were delivered. Two bunches were delivered. Both of them were terrible. They put carnation flowers instead of roses!!! "Guaranteed delivery before 12:00" is really 18:00 in the evening. No apologises. Unfriendly staff! Never again!

We used Paradise for our wedding in August and are delighted we made that choice. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. The design was unique and beautiful. Staff is friendly and the prices are very convenient.
