"I just happened to be passing by and noticed the sign on the building (INDIAN) and had never seen one up close so decided to see what they looked like. I was met at the door by a very sweet young Lady named Jennifer who was anxious to help me and answer any questions i had. I told her that I wasnt there to buy anything that i was just looking and that i was extremely satisfied with my Harley cvo ultra clasic. There was no pressure from her and i ask about their color availability so she showed me the one by her desk (steel gray/thunder black). The next thing i knew i was sitting on the bike and was absolutely amazed at the ease of standing the Indian was to stand up (the balance was unbelievable). I knew at this point i wanted to test drive the "Indian Road Master" and within 5 minutes I was off for my first ride. The first thing I noticed was an awesome sound but absolutely no vibration on the entire bike !! I knew before I even left the parking lot that there was something special about these motorcycles throttle response was awesome and the torque was unbelievable. But the most amazing thing was how SMOOTH the ride was on that bumpy road I absolutely could not feel the bumps even when going over the roughest ones i could see !! I returned the bike and all i could say was W O W !! Jennifer thanked me for ridding their bike but in all reality the pleasure was all mine. I didnt sleep well that night for thinking just how smooth that ride was ! So i called Miss Jennifer the next day and ask if i could bring my wife and let her ride with me and she was happy to accommodate. My wife had just had shoulder surgery and was very skeptical about getting on a bike this quick because she was use to the ride on my CVO Harley but i assured her that she would be pleasantly surprised as I was. Long story short she couldnt believe how unbelievably smooth the Road Master was and was amazed that there was NO vibration and that it didnt bother her tender shoulder at all. Well I guess you know by now that my wife said we gotta have this bike if they will give us a reasonable price for ours!! Well when Momma aint happy nobody is !! Jennifer worked her tail off getting me the best price she could and I was impressed with her result !!! And now the rest of the story !!!! I had read some reviews where some folks werent very satisfied with their visit to the dealership. Well that just goes to show that they never delt with Jennifer and you only hear the bad from some people that just cant be pleased !!! During my ordeal I met EVERYONE that worked there including the owner and must say that they treated me with the upmost respect that ANYONE could ask for!!! The moral of this comment is that if you dont want to buy a Indian Motorcycle then dont test ride it or you wont sleep well until you own it !!! If you want to be treated with the upmost respect and an AWESOME buying experience then stop by and see Jennifer and these folks !! I have a choice to drive 102 miles to Shreveport or 98 miles to Garland to have work done on my Indian. I choose the this dealer because they have a genuine staff, they care, and they get involved. Their parts and apparel are normally always stocked with what I am looking to purchase. They were not selling Indianian when I bought mine but they treat me like I bought it from them. With this kind of service they will be my first choice for future needs and service always. Thanks Bert and the team at Shreveport Cycles!

Great dealership. I was on the road and needed an oil change they took me in that day. They charged me less than they quoted me on the phone. I forgot to tell them I had a bad kill/start switch. They replaced the switch, changed the oil, checked the brake pads, took it for a test ride and I was out of there in 1 1/2 hours. The service manager and mechanic were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership, I wish they were in Oregon. PS I ride a F800 GT and wasnt made fun of.

First, I was quoted one price for an oil change and when I went to pick up my bike it was double that! Then the guy behind the counter talked to me like I was dumb and knew nothing about my bike. Told me my bike is old and needs a lot of work to be good but couldnt tell me exactly what needed to be done. I went in for a simple oil change and in return got talked down to and over charged for the work they did.

Ron is the best BMW Motorcycle mechanic that I have ever known. I have a 1999 R1200C and to this day, no one but Ron has ever touched it. I first met Ron at his prior employment and it was absolutely wonderful as far as I am concerned to see that he is still working on BMWs. Thank God he is still here is what I am trying to say!!!!! Highly Recommended!!!!

Very poor experience! The guy behind the counter was rude and didnt care the least bit about treating the customers with respect, and certainly didnt care about helping them with questions or concerns. I would rather drive to Dallas to have my bike serviced than deal with these people again.

I dont know about the BMW side, but this has to be the worst Indian dealership I have ever been to. I know its a business, but all these people want is your money. Spend your money elsewhere, its worth the drive to Beaumont or wherever. Assholes.

Josh was helpful, but access to the business was awful due to the traffic! I could imagine trying to pull out with a trailer, when it was back up with people trying to cross over the bridge.

I was trying to buy a used Harley there and was made a deal, the next day they backed out me! not a very good way to do business. Therefore i would not recommend this dealer to anyone!!!

Ron is quite possibly the best BMW motorcycle tech in the country. I ride from Little Elm, TX to have him service my bike. The whole staff is awesome and highly recommend them!
