Horrible service, had the head off my atv in to get cleaned. Was told its take about 15 minutes, then said theyd call when it was ready. That was Tuesday, Saturday 20 minutes before closing they called and told me I had two bent intake valves, costing about $250 parts and labor. Got my own parts (Valves, seals, springs, retainers) dropped them off, said its be done in a day or two. A week later they said its be two weeks til they could get to it, I told them Id be in to pick it up. Everything was thrown into a box with the head on top of it all. New valve train, old valve train, and head. This was after I had them install new head studs, all of which were not in far enough, ruining the nuts I had to pay for. And to top it off, December 2nd I ordered a service manual, but canceled the order at the end of march after being told 2 weeks way back in December. They were sent a parts catalog first that I picked up and didnt realize what it was before I got home. Needless to say I am bringing my business elsewhere from here on out.

I recently purchased a 1975 Honda CB125S from Garvis Honda. Joel and the entire sales team were very helpful throughout the purchase process and worked both with me and the shipping company I selected to transport the motorcycle up to Minnesota. Joel took time to carefully explain the history and condition of the motorcycle, mail the owner’s manual, maintenance book, and extra keys up to Minnesota, and see all details of the sale through. He was punctual and responsive and I felt completely comfortable buying the motorcycle despite not being in Iowa to complete the sale in person. I am very happy with my new motorcycle and the excellent service I received throughout the purchase process. Came here from being totally disrespected at Struthers brothers. Seriously, screw that dealer. The people here were very friendly and did all the leg work of the financing for me. I wanted to have my girlfriend co sign to build her credit since it was for her, Struthers wouldnt even give me the time of day when she started filling out the paper work. Got her a shadow now here at garvis after that experience.

Got a nice used 2007 shadow here for my first bike and the process could not have gone more smoothly. Everyone was friendly, competent, and provided great customer service. Not only did they get us a great deal on the perfect bike but they did it as fast as possible and were incredibly respectful. Really went the extra mile. A pleasure doing business here.

I had a flat tire while on a trip. I arrived there 1/2 hour before closing. They rolled my bike right in and 30 minutes later it was ready to go. Some dealers would have taken advantage of the situation and charged top dollar for the tire and labor. Not Garvis. The price was very fair. Thank you gentlemen.
