Bought a new bike and had an engine swap done before I took it home. First night I almost crashed because of an engine failure. They came and got it from my home, fixed it, AND WANTED TO CHARGE FOR IT. Have to pay to make sure that my new bike is in good condition after 1000 miles. Even have to buy an owners manual. I was excited to own a Harley but am very disappointed by the company. Will not be returning.

Price gougers. I had them put a tube in my rear tire they charged me like $120 bucks to install it 1.2hrs of labor. I thought it was steep even said something to the guy he just said thats what it takes. So I paid and called faribault hd they said 85 bucks. So Mankato Harley got me that day but faribault hd will be getting any future business from me.

Ive been a customer of Mankato H-D for the last year. To date, I have yet to find a more accommodating dealer with a very high level of customer service and professionalism. It may not be the largest dealer, but they are the only dealer I call for parts or bring my bike for service.

Wrong place to bring your Harley DON"T DO IT!!!!!!!!! Bike was there for 20 days Got bike back running like CRAP and still get put on wait list to have them fix it properly AGAIN ! WAY TO REPRESENT HARLEY SERVICE MANKATO!!!!!!!!

14 years of loyalty. Last couple of years, Ive lost faith in the service dept. That is where it matters. Can buy oil, parts, stuff anywhere, but service is the most important thing. Sorry guys.
