I never heard of such bull shi**! Maybe its because Im not from around here. Where Im from if you dont have the receipt the store will let you bring the item back for store credit or an exchange. What upset me even more than that is the little girl who answered the phone acted as though she was answering her home phone, sounded like she had a jaw breaker in her mouth. Im very upset w the lack of customer service, lack of sincerity lack of professionalism.

Hey Kroger corporate management, the 90s called and they want their shopper card program back!!! You idiots sit round and wonder why Walmart is destroying you in the free market while continuing idiotic policies like this I cant wait to see yet another store shut down because of inept management that clings to policies that were horrible even in their day a generation ago!

Deli and bakery have good selection and food is decent. The employees in both areas are not so decent. They seem tired, cranky, and uninspired. Deli guy argued with me about the difference between two types of meat. Self checkout is convenient and mostly works. Checkout employees are friendly. Store is clean, but always overcrowded.

The store was very clean and organized. We live on the road and it was a pinch to get in here so it was nice that it was organized. The deli is fantastic. We got a colossal Cupcake that melted in our mouths. Staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Rarely am I able to find everything on my shopping list at this location, and my shopping list is not that unusual (milk, bread, eggs, etc)- they just dont have the particular brands I use in stock. It doesnt seem to matter what time I go, either.

It is a fairly average Krogers often overly crowded and have to kind of push your way through crowds of people but that really isnt Krogers fault more that that is really the only good grocery store in the area.

Its a clean, well stocked Krogers with moderate pricing. Much better if you use their Krogers card to get numerous discounts on products. Our main place to get groceries. Have been going here for years.

Store is a bit overpriced, but they carry a lot of specialty producta, and have the best wine selection in the valley. Typically crowded during rush hour, as well as severely understocked on weekends.

Groceries are overpriced and the service is very Very bad at their deli. Only 1 or 2 deli workers actually cut your meats the way you ask. Only go here if youre a masochist and enjoy the punishment.

If you try to go through self check out dont expect anyone to help you if the machine runs an error. Also dont expect anyone who works there to know who can help you or be willing to even try.

Great neighborhood Kroger. Usually uncrowded except for Sundays. Staff are friendly. Good selection of olives, and alcohol. Poor selection of exotic meats or organic selection.
