Ive made a point to have any work on jewelry or watches brought to this store. The staff is really the best part of this place. Knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I gave my fiance a ring passed down from my mother. We brought the ring to G&H to have it re-sized. The staff could tell that I had little knowledge of diamonds. They asked me to look at the diamond to note the flaw in the jewel and stressed the importance of knowing your gemstone. They didnt belittle me or try to force me into a sale. They took extra time to explain to my fiance and I the importance of having rings that are passed down inspected from time to time to insure gems dont fall out. They offered to take a look at the ring in a few months to reevaluate the safety of the prongs that hold the diamond in. They also gave my fiance and I tips on how to keep the ring from needing repairs like: taking it off when washing dishes or doing laundry. The staff really seemed to take pride in giving quality advice. I never feel rushed, pushed, or ignored in the store.

I went to have my sons watch fitted to him by removing links in a watch band purchased elsewhere. The personnel were very courteous and it was done while I waited (about 10 minutes). Very enjoyable experience. While a waited I browsed their Silver Inventory. Very nice pieces expertly crafted. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for personal service retailer.

We had several pieces of jewelry changed from gold to silver a few years ago. Could not have asked for better service from G&H. My husband designed a beautiful Family ring. They did an absolutely fantastic job on making this ring. I would tell any and everyone, if you want nice jewelry and wonderful customer service....go to G&H Jewelers. You wont go wrong!

Great service ,I took my wedding rings there to have sized larger and they were so helpful . They even inspected it and noticed my diamond was loose. They sized it and polished and fixed the diamond in less than a week. The ring was perfect!!!!
