My recent experience literally made me sick! The staff at this location could CARE LESS about you and just seem to want your money. I came in to have a special CHRISTMAS gift made for a friend of mine whos son is going through CANCER..... Here we are February 14 and I still have nothing to send!!!!! Make things worse, no one EVER communicated with me in regards to its status. Last time I called and checked in NANCY literally said, "Oh I thought since we couldnt engrave it you didnt want it." Funny how I NEVER spoke to her about how they couldnt engrave my gift and that she some how knows what Im thinking.......DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO SPEND MONEY WITHOUT RECEIVING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WANT GIFTS 2 1/2 MONTHS AFTER THE FACT!! AWFUL!!!!!

This Christmas I went to Kays on behalf of my dad to "get something nice" for my mother. My dad nor I had anything particular in mind, but when I went to Kays they were extremely friendly and helped me pick out the perfect gift! AJ found the perfect necklace within minutes and another co-worker wrapped the gift beautifully (I do not know her name but she did a fabulous job!). My dad never even saw the necklace until mt mom opened it on Christmas Eve. He was very excited and appreciative because the necklace was perfect for my mom and she loved it! Thank you Kays for your Christmas spirit and helping us pull off a lovely gift!

The team in this store is the absolute best! I feel so welcome every time I walk in and they treat every customer like friends or family. It doesnt feel like the typical sales experience in this store. Rather than pushing sales on you, they help you make the best decision, even if that decision is to not buy. I love not feeling pressured to buy while knowing Im going to get the best, most knowledgeable advice. This type of atmosphere makes me more willing to buy than if I was getting the typical pushy sales experience. This store is top notch and I would never go anywhere else!!!

I have shopped at several jewellery stores in my lifetime. This Crestview Hills store by far exceeds every single one. The staff is friendly and over the years have become friends. One in particular has become like family, AJ . He helps me find my special pieces because he has taken the time to get to know me, my likes, my style and my love for special colored diamonds including Levian. My fiancé purchased a Le Vian chocolate diamond engagement ring for me and said the customer service was top rate. His salesperson, A.J., was very knowledgeable about Le Vian and helped him pick the perfect diamond with the perfect clarity. I receive compliments on my ring almost daily. A.J. also went so far as to call my fiancé when the matching wedding band arrived in store. I would recommend this store and A.J. to anyone. Keep up the fantastic customer service A.J.

Kay Jewelers in Crestview Hills Town Center was a great experience from the moment i walked in a few years ago. The staff was very polite, knew the merchandise very well, more importantly, they were " NOT AGGRESSIVE " Sales people...I have bought several items for my wife and she loves every piece of jewelry that has come from Kay Jewelers. For the past 2 years I have been stopping by this location, buying jewelry for my family. Every single time I have been here, Aj always helps me out with whatever I need, this is the only jewelry store that I will ever go to. I came here to get a ring for my now fiancé and they were great! I worked with AJ and he was awesome! I told him my budget and he worked very closely within that to get what I wanted and didnt pressure me at all about paying more than I wanted. He let me take my time and was very enthusiastic about the whole experience with me. Definitely would recommend to anyone! Great customer service!

My experience was incredible at Kay. The team helped me customize the engagement ring which turned out absolutely perfect leaving jaws dropping everywhere we went to showcase it. They helped get together some fantastic wedding bands as well. Not to mention the 3 watches I have purchased there over the last few years. Id be lost in my fashion of time pieces and rings if it werent for Kay.

I have been coming to this location for a few years and Ive never had a bad experience. The jewelry stores at the Florence Mall are too pushy for me, always trying to make a sale and move onto the next customer.. so I really appreciate the time the workers here are able to spend helping me find something I like and within budget. I came in with my fiance to pick out a ring. I had never tried anything on and he didnt want to go blindly. I knew I wanted a wide band with a diamond head on it - that doesnt exist.
