The set up is junky. You have to dig through boxes to find things often times. Many items were scratched or broken. Expect to FIX anything you buy. I did get lucky with a stacked glass lamp, however, I didnt need to fix anything on it. And it was about 50% off vs buying online. I also bought a picture for my sons bathroom. The paper backing was in tatters and the hangers were completely put on at different levels. That wasnt a big deal, as I just hung the 2 nails at different heights. The chandelier I bought was defective. I even found the the note the original buyer put IN the box when they sent it back to pottery barn. It took my husband a long time to rewire it and to get it to hang somewhat correctly. Granted, a 1k chandelier purchased for 300 dollars I suppose was worth the pain. Just be careful when you buy anything!

Prices were fair. We recently purchased a new home. we did our homework and went to the pottery barn store, looked online made a list & did the math and we purchased our items a couple weekends ago at the outlet. We saved $6,000.00 by purchasing from the outlet and furnished our living room/ dining room and study. I will definitely be going back soon for decor / rugs and a new chandelier for the formal dining room.

Buyer Beware - I was told the William Sonoma merchandise was just the retail price less 5 cents and then whatever promo the outlet is running. I found a WS throw, asked an associate to check the price, was told it was $148 with an additional 75% off of that price. When checking out, was told it was $299 (the online retail price) less 75%.

I love Pottery Barns style and selection, but this place was extremely disappointing. Not only are the prices still high, an employee rudely told us to get our kids off the furniture. Mind you, it was a kids 2-seat bench. As he walked away he rudely looked back at us. I will never come back to this store.

I was so excited to see this store! Friendly staff, great merchandise- its Pottery Barn, duh! :) Really glad this store opened at Gravois Bluffs. Fun to look through and it will be the first on my list to check for home decor, furniture, artwork and kitchen accessories! <3

The discounts dont adequately reflect the level of wear and tear/damage to most of the items I saw. Also, the Williams Sonoma items available can be had for less if you buy them from an actual Williams Sonoma store during a sale.

This place is really neat. Ive enjoyed going several times and seeing new stuff. Definitely pay attention to the sale sign at the entrance! You may miss out on good deals if you dont.

Way Way Way too expensive. Good luck pottery barn, you belong in Kirkwood not Fenton. I will not go back.

If you cant find it, its the Sports Authority. The sign was missing when we went.

Only parts of the store are discounted. Difficult to see which ones are.
