Horrible customer service. I put my inquiry in online and the next day i received a phone call from Eugene. He left me a voicemail and said he was also sending me an email. Since I work during the day, I replied to his email asking if we could do the credit app over email. He never responded. The following day I receive a phone call from Angie. She left a VM and sent an email which I replied to. Again! Five minutes later she called back and this time I answered. She explained who she was and why she was calling. I asked her personally if we could do the credit app via email. I explained that I was at work and it was hard for me to converse back and forth on phone. She said yes, she would send me an email. I never heard back. So today i called Eugene on my break. I explained who i was and told him I was still interested in the Chevy Equinox. He said "Imma just transfer you to sales" right in the midst of me talking. This time I get Angie. I am trying to ask her questions about the finance program Carite offers and she is very short and keeps interrupting me halfway through my questions/sentences, as if she already knew what i was going to say. As I was telling her I would be interested in something other than the Equinox, she cuts me off again and says shes eating her sandwich and shed like to finish and call me back in 5 minutes. She took my name and number. I spoke to Angie at 1:21 pm today and it is now an hour later with no response through email or phone. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in "sales". Needless to say I will not be giving Carite my business. Poor poor poor customer service.

One of the worst car dealerships. CONARTIST, car fax information that they pulled up was incorrect and never showed a accident. Going to a different car dealership is your best option. They have "built in" insurance on there cars that dont cover you as a person only the car. In Michigan its law to have insurance that does both. The USED car your getting is only going to be worth $2,000 at best. Your 4 year lease ( who does 4years?) is going to be worth around $7,000. This company will rush you into signing the papers and never answer a call after they sell you the car. Dont go in showing that you are desperate for a car they will take advantage of you in everyway. If you have poor or no credit, they will get you in a terrible car that is $4-$5,000 more then what the car is really worth. Payments will be made every week instead of once a month like a legitimate car dealership. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!

At first everything was fine. Until we noticed the driver door opening and closing funny. I took it in and waited for an hour and a half just for them to tell me they lubed it and that its normal. Just made my 2nd payment on the car and last week the wind blew my door open and guess what ?! The hinge was broken. They lied on the inspection they said they replaced high beam headlight NOT because I just did that today along with pads and rotors that they claimed to replace before putting the car on the lot. So not only am I paying for the car and insurance but also maintenance. Im pretty sure that the doors, lights and brakes shouldve been brand new when you pay over $10,000 for a car!

Shopping for a new car someone told me I should try them. Did an inquiry online. Within minutes I was contacted and set an appointment. The lady told me just for me coming in I will receive a $25 gift card. Wasnt expecting that but it seems cool. I asked the lady like what kind of gift card was it, she said hold on let me ask my manager. She comes back to the phone like its a Visa gift card. I get to my appointment and they have me see Flores. Initially she told me my appointment was with Barry. Still no big deal maybe he was busy

I stopped here on my way to another dealer after speaking with Jamie Miller.She told me she could let me know in 10 minutes if I was approved and what my payment would be on my Mustang.True to her word, she was straight up and I didnt end up going to the other dealer!I got affordable payments, a beautiful Mustang and none of the bs I was by then tired of hearing from the other dealers!I would return here anytime,and have sent several people there way to buy a car!Thank you for being so courteous and helpful!
