This place was really a joke. I drove a good distance to look at the car. The car looked perfect in all of the pictures. In reality every flaw was hidden. Was told the car was in a "minor accident". Checked out all the fenders. The trunk and fender had been replaced. So either it was in 2 "minor accidents" or one huge accident. Also, the mechanical condition of the car was less than par. The thermostat was stuck open and when I mentioned it I was told it was "normal". I had owned the identical car previously and knew what was normal and what wasnt. They insisted it was and wouldnt have it any other way. Also, there was evaporated coolant under the oil cap from, more than likely, a blown head gasket. Probably related to the coolant system problems in all honesty. I was told this was also "normal" when there is absolutely no way any car should have coolant under the cap. Maybe its "normal" for the cars they sell, but its not normal in cars that are in good condition. In the pictures the exhaust was sagging at the back. I called in and asked about it and was told that "it was repaired". Upon my inspection of the car I noticed that it was not properly fixed, they just took a piece of metal, welded it to the frame fo the car, then welded the exhaust to it. It was one of the biggest hack jobs Ive ever seen in my life. It would have literally taken <$20 to fix this correctly, but instead they used a method that COULD compromise how the exhaust system works and esentailly the harmonics of the engine since it is no longer able to "vibrate" through the exhaust, because the exhaust is no longer mounted on rubber bushings. When I brought up that the clutch didnt feel normal I was told that it was "just replaced" and that the old one was "only half bad, but it was replaced anyway" . . . . . No one opens up a transmission unless there is a problem, and the life of these clutches is 150k+ miles, there was a bigger problem and with their current streak it was probably poorly repaired. Overall experience was very unprofessional and they are simply trying to pass along crap to someone who doesnt know what to look for. Their mechanic is very incompentant and does not know what he is doing. If anything he is simply doing band-aid fixes that end up failing after the car is purchased, and sticking you with the large repair bill. As leaving the lot they attempted to start the car again to move it from behind my car (I was parked in). Low and behold they couldnt get the thing started. About 5 min later they come running out with jump starter. After a few minutes they had it started. It was obvious that this was nothing unusual at their dealership. If you want my opinion, save yourself the headache and skip this dealership. Especially if you are driving out of your way. If you do decide to goto this dealership, for whatever reason, take the car to a reputable shop and have a Pre-Purchase Inspection done on the car by someone who knows what they are doing. I can promise you it will save you a lot of time and headache in the future.

So I have to say, I bought my car over a month ago and I wanted to make sure nothing happened with it before I wrote this review. With that being said; I absolutely love this car. 2010 Suzuki Kizashi. Never heard of it before I saw it in the true car app but I fell in love at first site. I have been through hell and back and thought I would never get financed again after my ex fiancée ruined my credit and life. I knew this car was a bit more than I could afford. (had $2,000 in my pocket and was ready to settle for a piece of crap car elsewhere) So with nothing to lose, I took it for a test drive it and wanted it even more. I told the sales man how much I had to put down and went outside to have a cigarette and to drool some more over the car I really wanted but really thought I had no chance with it. To my surprise when I walked in he said congratulations, youve been approved. I was completely shocked by what he said. It actually took a moment for reality to set in and when it did, my face lit up like a Christmas tree. I shared my story with Mike about all that I loss from my ex and the struggles I was having trying to put my life back in order. I really felt like they went out of their way for me. I dont think they really made any money off the car I bought. I researched the car before I got there to make sure I was getting a good deal. They really made me feel like they cared about my story and getting the car I was drooling over made it all that much more special to me. Because of them I no longer feel like I cant put together the pieces of my broken life and for that, I am forever grateful.

My wife and I had a poor experience at Quattro Motors. After seeing a car listed $4,000 below Kelly Blue Book Value, we were excited to go test drive the car and check it out for ourselves. Here is a quick summation of our experience: 1) Poor customer service: We never learned the name of the sales person we introduced ourselves to. It was like pulling teeth talking to him 2) No pre-purchase inspection: Their policy is to not allow a perspective buyer take the car to an independent dealer to be inspected. So let me get this straight... You price cars well below Blue Book Value, you are a small independent no-name dealer, the car has been in an accident, and you wont let me have it inspected! RED FLAG. 3) Very defensive and combative: Once I told them the pre-purchase sale was a deal breaker, I was grilled as to why it even matters and "Do you even know what they do during those inspections?" My response, "Well, yes I do, I had one done for my last car." I was also questioned, "Where are you going to take it?" My response, "A Honda Dealer." Their response, "Well where" Which dealership?" Me: "I dont know. A Honda dealership around here." "Well which one??" You get the point. It became awkward and we left. Bottom Line: Not worth it.

Avoid this place at all costs. We purchased a 2008 Volvo here, and were told that it had been checked out and was in excellent condition, which it appeared to be. Well, the problems started on the drive home with air conditioning that abruptly stopped working and blew hot air, and that was only the beginning. The transmission and engine lights came on the first time it was taken onto the freeway. When we went to have it checked out, guess what - the coolant reservoir was badly leaking, there was a problem with all four wheels and a tire censor, there is some (still undiagnosed) issue with the transmission, and the AC would cost $1,000 to fix. All of this within a month of owning the vehicle. We contacted our salesperson, Jeanne, who contacted the owner, who basically said "tough shit," after offering us $300 "as a courtesy" for what amounts to thousands in repairs. I truly believe they knowingly sold us a vehicle that needed extensive repairs to even be safe to drive. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
