Unfortunately, there was nothing graceful about my buy! Visited this location for the 30% sale 4th of July weekend. After purchasing household items that were advertised to be 30% off, I only recieved the discount on candle holders and not a bedside dresser. I returned to inquire about the discount and get clarity on whether the item should have been discounted. An associate matter of factly told me it was not but couldnt reference on the flyer where the distinction was made between "household items" and "furniture" at this time the manager walks by and says rather rudely "no furniture is not included!" and walks away. This took me aback I never seen such a poor display of customer service ever, specifically from a "manager". This woman couldve very easily take a minute of her time to stop, and engage in a conversation being that I was not belligerent or upset. This was my first visit to this store and I appreciated what they had to offer until I was completely disregarded as a PAYING customer when asking for clarity on a vague and misleading sale advertisement. Next time choose your verbiage wisely when advertising a sale, invest in leadership/management and customer service trainings, and Care more about a paying consumer that keeps your business open. I can only hope this a rare occurrence but nonetheless I shouldve never recieved this type of service.

Typically, their range of items is exceptional (they have an annex storefront for larger furnishings as well), and I rarely leave empty handed. The variety in labels, styles, accessories, dishes, clothing, books, etc., is impressive for a "small town" resale shop. Certainly a favorite of mine in Grapevine! Lots of markdowns and specials too. ... I also have seen this charity do a lot of good in the community, and that is the best part, in my opinion. I believe my purchase "donation" (this is a charity org.), will be put to good use. Naturally, do not go in expecting a Neiman Marcus shopping experience - the staff is mostly consisting of volunteer/community service and they have a lot going on at once, so customer service is sometimes wanting, but the worst of it has been minor irritations usually regarding a line or perhaps an unanswered question. Thats the nature of resale, however... :) Cheers! DAH

Graceful buys is by far, the best resale shop in the Metroplex, it is also my dirty little secret. I bought a beautiful couch that is the envy of everyone who sees it! Little do they know that I paid less than $300 for it, and it appears to be brand new! I sent the Hubby to go pick it up, while he was there, he bought a dining room table for less than $250. that same table sells for over $1,500 at one of the better furniture stores! Dont forget to check out the linens, I scored some lovely drapes. Not only were they in perfect condition, they were marked down! SCORE! All of my friends think that I have spent a fortune on furniture! My only advise to you is to shop early and shop often, items sell fast!

Greatness! I noticed that the patrons were having friendly conversations, calling folks about items that were there or simply smiling! Very friendly staff. Price was low, quality was high on the items purchased. Discounted racks are available for easy to find, lowest offers on clothing. Large area for displaying furniture. With a back room for childrens items and another for books. Plenty of parking in the back lot. There was a gentleman there with his dog, it felt homey. I will be back to spend more time and probably money!

I came when they had their "garage sale". Cheap cheap deals! The garage sale is in the back. They had alot of stuff. I bought 2 plasma cars for guess how much!!!! 4$ total! Plasma cars are ~60$ new. These plasma cars are in decent shape. Also found a Maria Sharapova limited edition tennis bag there for another 2$.

Love this resale shop has a back sells fruniture and other used goods like clothing and kids toys and books in my opinion the prices are not that bad and I really have nothing bad to say about this store

This is a resale store. Furniture and items for children are outside behind the store. Clothing and home goods are organized and well labeled inside the store. All items are reasonably priced.

They have good quality childrens clothing, but this is my favorite store to buy furniture at ... I have repurposed so much furniture from this store. Service is awesome.
