I was notified SUPER last minute about the passing of a co-workers father, so last minute that it is 5pm and the wake was this evening from 3-9pm. I was hoping for an early morning delivery for the next day, before the funeral mass started at 11am. The lady who I spoke with was so unbelievably nice that she told me could get them there in the next couple of hours!!! I am beyond impressed with how professional and wonderful this company is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are in the Niles, IL area. I know I will be using them again!!! 5+ stars from me!!!

Terrible experience. The flowers we ordered were delivered at 9:05pm. I called to say this was inappropriate. Kristina argued with me that it was only 8:55. She said the truck broke down. I said a call should have been placed to the residence to ask if the delivery could still be made when the truck broke down and they knew there would be a delay. She continued to argue that this was fine. 9pm deliveries are not acceptable and that kind of customer service shows they do not value their customers. DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS to Ridgewood Gardens!
