Incredibly Disappointed, no delivery of order and no communication. I ordered a $70 bunch of flowers (before tax and delivery) on Thursday to be delivered for Friday. Called on friday about 4pm and was assured that the shop was busy but they would be delivered that day. Today is Monday, I have had no call and cant get through to the shop. Both myself and the intended recipient have not had ANY contact from the shop and intended recipient was at home until 6pm on the intended delivery day. I wish I could post no stars but it will not let me. It was intended as a gift for my mother in law as i couldnt celebrate her birthday with her as I had to come back to the UK due to family illness. I tried to shop local and support a local business but this is NOT the one to support.

I would give zero stars if possible. My mom sent flowers to me for my birthday from this company and their service is horrid. The driver told me twice over the phone and in person that she shouldnt have taken my delivery because I live on a busy street and it was too much of a hassle for her. Seriously? When I told my mother about this, she called the company to share her concern. The driver then called me back and questioned why I would complain to my mother and then whined about how they would be receiving a bad review. Beautiful flowers, but if you want decent service, try another company. Highlu disappointed in their lack of professionalism.
