My review concerns the Chefs Kitchen. I called on Saturday, August 29, to place an order for an important family dinner on Sunday, August 30. We had family from out-of-town. I ordered 2 orders of fried chicken and 2 orders of broiled chicken. When I opened the containers to serve the chicken, we had four orders of broiled chicken -- no fried. My guests specifically wanted fried. So, I called the store to inform them of the mistake. The young lady who answered turned the call over to Nancy. Nancy was very gracious and offered to bring the fried chicken to our home. Well, we were delighted when the chicken arrived, piping hot and very delicious. All of the chicken was very good. We will order from this store again.

Terrible place for customer service. Bought a ham that had a bad odor, called and agent told me to bring in and they would replace. Gathered up rotten meat and took back but was greeted by some young idiot agent that would not replace even though the wrapper had their name on it. I will never shop at this store again!!!

Short walk (or bus ride) from ISUs campus. Prices are comparable to Walmart and Kroger in the area, although dairy is considerably more expensive. Meat and produce selection is great as well.
