RACIST!! I am a nespresso member since 4 years. I went in with my in laws to buy a variety of pods. I offered to purchase my regular list of pods before tasting but they asked me to taste first. The man behind the tasting counter was racist and rude. I Am allergic to coffee and buy pods for my husband usually my best bet is to guess from descriptions but since I had my in laws I offered them to taste a couple out of the several I was purchasing. The man did not offer the menu to choose from i had to ask him then he was very reluctant to ask me how I or my in laws would like the coffee when I asked him for Roma with a shot of added water he actually refused me . I asked him for some milk in the side he just gave us a not very clean looking jug of milk with a layer of residue on top. He did not offer the dark chocolate that usually goes with it. He mannerisms made my in laws and me very uncomfortable. A seem to be caucasian gentleman came to purchase pods next to me and his behavior instantly changed and he offered him a tasting before he could purchase and after. I will never give this store agai. Pathetic !!!

Not here to review the storefront, rather, I very much enjoy the cafe here! The staff is always super friendly and its not often that one has to wait for service. The coffee drinks are great and super quick as they use the Nespresso machines themselves to make lattes, mochas, espressos, americanos, and almost any other coffee drink you desire (hot or cold!). The cafe also features light bites, and their quiche is one of my favorites. This is one of my go-to spots for a quite meeting spot with clients or colleagues and will remain so as long as Im working in the Back Bay!

I love the coffee, however, staff are less desirable. Theyre not consistent nor friendly. I do love the decor, and the vibrant colors and all the offerings of boutique. It would be great if the staff were nicer. I love the seats by the big windows looking outside to Newbury St and just people watch as you sip the coffee in a really nice glass cup. I love their new Virtuoline. If youre around the area, definitely go inside. if you walk all the way in you can get to try a full cup of coffee for free! :)

this place is real joke! I went to LA california and ordered their new lattee... it has a hint banana taste and it was one the best latte I ever had... and when I came home (boston), I ordered the same thing to only find out it tasted like crap! if you ever visited LA try the Nespresso in beverly hills and you will know what I am talking about!!! if you happen to be a manager and reading my comment, you should really teach these poeple how to make some coffee!!!

I have had an Nespresso machine for over 10 years. I started going to the store shortly after they opened. I love the brand, the store and the staff. Yesterday was the best experience Elvin was nice and fun. He let me try a sample of the Milano and I loved it so much I bought some. I usually buy the same flavor a each time when Im in the store or ordering online. Thank you Elvin for making my day and Nespresso flavors better!

The service in this place was great. We went there from a Williams of Sonoma to get a little more variety. The people who helped us knew what they were talking about and in the end we walked out with the best most practical espresso machine I have found on the market. The nespresso machine is the best, but that is another review. Great service and samplings of their new and seasonal espressos will bring me back for more.

Nice service..the Arabic speaking waiter was really nice, he offered us seats when we looked lost! Atmosphere is nice. I wanted to have an iced cafe macchiato without the foam, yet the waiter ( another one than the one who speaks arabic) told me we cant remove it, so he said and i quote "ill give u iced coffee" Actually it didnt taste good at all! Dont order it. I tried adding milk to it but still undrinkable.

Nespresso is an incredibly popular brand in Europe and they are trying to carry that success over to the U.S. This location has: a) a cafe where you can sit & enjoy a number of coffee drinks b) a store where you can buy Nespresso pods and the machines that make the espresso c) a counter in the back where you can try the various flavors free of charge

service people with the exception of the managers there are not very friendly. as if your time is not as important as theirs. they expect you to know exactly what you want , if you dont make up your decision while you choose your capsules. expect a look with attitude. because they need you to hurry up so they can serve the line that dont exist.

Drinks are very good, staff is soo friendly. I enjoy taking walks on my lunch break and frequently pop in. Only negative for me (but I understand the business/hustle) is that they keep trying to sell me the equipment. I am VERY busy and dont have time to make coffee at home but I keep coming back because they are so sweet about it. :-)

My family loves Nespresso from the time I brought them machine and coffee from abroad! The style of coffee, machines, service are awesome in this place! Especially was amazed by customer service when I had problem with machine! Always polite and friendly! Love this cafe the most! Recommended it to all coffee lovers I know.

I buy espresso here every week. the only thing i do not like is This is the only store that sells the capsules. So i have to travel to Boston everytime I run out. other than that. I love this place. free espresso everytime i buy a box or 2. Great customer service.

Pretty bad food. Avoid it. Coffee is decent. I have a nespresso at home and love it. It is a pity that they do not offer the same type of flavors that people are used to at home. Could have been a much better experience. Pity ...

Love the machines and the espresso. Great little boutique store. Only drawback is they are in downtown Boston with No-other way of getting refills pods of espresso for the machine. Other than that 5 stars.
