The WORST CHOICE! The only reason why this place is still in business is because they take advantage of people. It has been the WORST experience EVER for me!!! To begin with Kristal tried to charge me 8500$ over agreed price, justifying with insanely high fees etc.,they dropped it to the initial price when I refused to buy the vehicle. Than I was charged 690$ for maintenance that was never done to the vehicle. Before coming to pick up the car I asked Joseph about its condition and he told me that the car had no blemishes; on the pictures it was spotless, very shiny, in excellent condition, so I bought the airplane tickets and went there to check it out. I came to see the car and it was a total disappointment, a below horrible condition - 2300miles over on the odometer, dings and scratches all over the car, broken taillight, broken clock, broken cup holder... When I refused to buy it, Joseph promised to pay for a half of the cost on the bodywork, and mail me a new cup holder. I agreed, since Ive already spent money on airplane tickets; I told Joseph that I will buy the car ONLY if the dealership is going to take care for half of the cost on the body work. Joseph agreed and I bought Infiniti g37s coupe. Ever since it has been a headache. A lie after lie, Im being ignored by the salesman, by the manager, regularly I spend 30 min on the phone on hold waiting. Now Joseph is saying that there is nothing dealership can do, the car was sold as is. But the fact is, I would NEVER buy it in such a horrible condition, the car was completely misrepresented. Ive talked to the sales manager Moses once, but he told me there is nothing the dealership can do for me, and I couldnt reach him ever since. It seems like customer satisfaction is their last priority. I will contact GMC and notify them about my experience, Kristal would be the poorest choice to be a GMC distributor with the way they do business. I will also communicate my experience through any other available sources, so people would know what to expect from Kristal auto mall. By the way the location of this dealership completely fits the way they do business, if you ever waste your time on going there, you will understand what Im talking about.

I had a horrible experience at Kristal Auto Mall that is still haunting me 6 months later. I purchased a subaru forester from them in November and i was lied to from the beginning. Our sales person William was horrible and was extremley pushy. The finance person Albert walked us through a bunch of what turned out to be crap and lies. We were told the only way for us to get the lower interest rate was if we took an additional insurance and protection program. He said after 6 months we would be able to drop this additional coverage and our payments would go down. I went back to Kristal 2 weeks ago to do just that and guess what William and Albert both do not work there anymore and they cant help me out. I am now paying for a used car that is costing me the price of a new car. When i went back to speak to the new finance manager he of course said there is nothing he can do for us as he was not even working there at the time. I decided to do some investigating of my own. I called the companys that we have our "needed protection plans" with and they advised that Kristal buys these packages from them at one price and can sell it to a customer for whatever they want. My $700 package ended up costing me $7,000. They are full of lies and nothing would make me happier then to see them go out of buisness. I will spend my time making sure to write a review on every and any search engine I can so that other people do not have to go through what i went through. We have also hired an attorney on this matter and contacted the BBB. Be smart DONT EVEN WALK THROUGH THE DOOR because all there advertised prices are in lieu of about 100 different cons and scams.

This is the worse car service department I have ever been to. Since I purchased my car from this dealership I have nothing but disappointments. Every time I have to bring my vehicle for service due to the check engine light being on I have had to spend so much money even when I had warranty. I was told once by David a while back that they never know what is the root to the problem and the have to change parts by part to figure out what its the real problem 9does that even make any sense?). for the last few months this shop has kept my vehicle for more three days to then tell me that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle and the minute I drive off the check engine comes on. Kenny who has been the person assisting me has been very polite about my circumstances but it is very frustrating to know that my vehicle is parked in their garaged not being serviced for more than three days (in which it happened on several occasions) and at the end many times they dont know whats wrong with the vehicle. I was advised by an outside mechanic to purchase an extended warranty because these types of vehicle give a lot of problems. I can write so much more about my negative experience but it is not worth it because you are not going to do anything about it. I bring my car to a dealership mechanic because sometimes I have no other choice. If an outside mechanic can do the job I would prefer to just take to them they are more honest. just know that I will never recommend anyone to this dealership let alone the service department. Please do not have any GM representative call me cause they are no use. Thank you

I received a number of emails stating that in response to my "numerous quiries to Kristall Auto Mall regarding" certain car models, Kristal Auto Mall would like me to call them. I have never reached out to Kristal Auto Mall. I had previously expressed interest in certain car models on the internet, on a third party website, in a capacity not related to purchasing a vehicle. This information was shared with Kristal Auto Mall, which subsequently sent me emails claiming that I contacted the mall and that they are ready to respond to my queries. I fail to understand how expressing interest in a vehicle on a third party website constitutes expressing an interest in a vehicle at Kristal Auto Mall. The fact that the fine print stipulates that my interests will be shared is irrelevant. Once the information is shared with Kristal Auto Mall, the mall may use it to determine which car models people are interested in, and adjust their stock accordingly. I think that sending emails to people under the pretext of answering their "queries to Kristal Auto Mall about certain car models" is amateurish, unethical, annoying, and a demonstration of poor marketing. As a resident of Kings County who lives in relatively close proximity to Kristal Auto Mall, I would be hard pressed to purchase a vehicle at Kristal Auto Mall and subsequently further subjecting myself to snarky sales methods. I would suggest that the management at Kristal Auto Mall reconsider this tactic, and find more positive and lucrative methods of reaching out to potential customers.
