Horrible Customer service. On 10/26, I first spoke to a sales agent named Daisy. She gave me two prices for a dryer, one if I was to buy a warranty and the second if I decide not to buy the extended warranty. I decided not to buy the extended warranty and go with the price she quoted at $300. When I went to pay they stated that it will be $325 and they wouldnt go any lower. After speaking to a manager they honored the price of $300. When I brought the trailer home the dryer service, I first spoke to a sales agent named Daisy. She gave me two prices for a dryer one if I was to buy a warranty II if I decide not to buy the extended warranty. I decided not to buy the extended warranty and go with the price she quoted at $300. When I went to pay they stated that it will be 3:25 and they wouldnt go any lower. After speaking to a manager they did reduce the price to 300. When I brought brought it home the dryer would turn on and heat up but will not spin, we contacted customer service who sent out a technician 11/1 stating that would be the easiest day available. They stated that the technician will call the day prior to schedule a time however they did not call the day before, instead they called same day stating that they will be there between 9 and 1:00 p.m. (nice window). At least guy showed around 10 ish, he stated that the belt was on the drum however was not connected to the motor. He stated he fixed it however as soon as you put a load of laundry in the dryer and made a horrible crashing sound, as if the drum was hitting the sides of the dryer. We called customer service back, who stated that the technician will attempt to come out the same day to try to fix it however he did not show up later that day. Again we called customer service they said the next available day will be November 3rd, again they stated that someone will call the day prior to set up an appointment. Again of course nobody called and nobody showed up to our house to try to fix the dryer. We ended up returning it that Saturday and purchase a brand new dryer from Lowes which had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONORED THEIR 110 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY and delivered AND installed the new dryer free of charge. On November 7th we received a voicemail stating that the technician will be out to fix the returned dryer. I called multiple times to try to inform them that we no longer have the dryer however nobody seemed to listen or care about the concern. I asked to speak to multiple managers however apparently nobody was available and I was told that somebody would call me back but nobody ever did. I will never deal with BrandsMart again, they have horrible customer service and does not stand by their product. I would like to thanks Lowes for being awesome! Their customer service team listened and helped us tremendously. I spoke to "Nick" from the main 800-number and the whole service team at the Davie, FL location was flawless, from being greeted at the door, appliance sales team, check-out process, delivery and set up.

Purchased a 55inch, mattress, tv stand, and sectional, my only unsatisfaction was the the mattress, when I called in to try to change or get my money back shanieka who answers asked me a heep of questions and finally transfers me over to a different person to tell me no refunds on mattress all sale are final, she then mention that it was on the receipt which I never notice until she mentioned it. I had requested to speak to the director and after 30 minutes of wait time he comes on the phone with no greeting emediately telling me NO RETURN ON MATTRESS AND FURNITURE, for a director he was very rude and didnt try to listen or accommodate me for the miscommunication. My concerns with this store was that sharma who was very excellent at assisting me BUT he did not mention one time that no refund or exchange on furniture, so now Im stuck with a $350 mattress that is hard and uncomfortable.

Items range from dented and dirty after being returned to banged up never used and missing accessories. Do your online homework first. Many items there have know defects. You will find LOTS of GE products that have many issues and it is obvious with how many you will see there. They tell you that you can return an item for any reason within 7 days but it is not in writing and they will not give it to you in writing, just a "verbal agreement" I bought a whirlpool washer there in the past and it had continuous problems until I finally dragged it to the curb. Repairs are very pricey and the techs seem to guess and change parts at your cost until it works again for a while. I gave in a bought a new samsung this time, full warranty from a big dealer with free delivery. Only $100 more then what they wanted returned and beat up and no talk and games.

worst service ever! refrigerator broke for the second time. last time it took a month before it was fixed, the extended warranty I bought only covered 100. of food and ive had to eat out practically every meal every day for that month. they sent someone out three times to diagnose problem and never had any record of it in the computers, when someone finally came to fix it they left right away without actually fixing the problem and i had to wait another week again for someone to come out to fix problem. now its broke again and they are offering me a credit at the store yet every refrigerator available right now costs twice as much as the one i bought ! I can never get someone on the phone to answer my questions any time that i call. I will never buy anything from here again.

As soon as we tried to install the machine we bought at Brandsmart we found out that it was missing an internal component. No problem, we bought the extended warranty. Except the phone line for support takes forever to get through to, the technicians arent helpful and the wait time on a repair is so far almost two weeks. The repair technicians have not shown up now three times and attempted to blame their error on us (they went to the wrong house but they had the recorded conversation wherein I gave them the correct address so at least there was that). It has now been two weeks that I have not had my machine repaired despite paying extra for an extended warranty on a machine that I just bought. Do not buy from this place!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Worst customer service ever!! Two employees literally had a heated argument about who was going to make this sale - I dropped everything I had and left. The labor helpers who help you to your car seem to have more respect and professionalism than those on the actual sales floor. Even the female security guard was just sitting at the front desk joking and laughing the 30 min I was in the store. Employees lack in professional training. I saw the heavy set white looking store manager almost got his a** whipped by a customer who asked for help and he answered rudely. Purchased two TV stands for a 55-inch TV and both were broken when I opened the box. NEVER again!
