This was, hands down, the most wonderful Customer Service experience I have ever had. It is a rare experience to be so happy about purchasing something like a dryer that you are motivated enough to go on the internet to write a review about the experience. But at Appliance Direct, Jeff Rock made the experience so smooth and enjoyable, to not tell others about it would be a mistake. Jeff took the time to greet me as soon as he was able to and despite my torn jeans and Spider Man hoodie, treated me like I was the most important person in the world. He went out of his way to help me find the right dryer to fit my needs and perhaps the most important part of the whole experience was also the simplest: He was honest. Jeff at no point exaggerated, mislead, fluffed, or otherwise tried to bamboozle me. I never felt like I had to haggle nor did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Jeff took professionalism to the next level and worked around MY schedule to deliver the dryer HIMSELF to my front door. All the while he was prompt- showing up exactly when he said he would, patient- my house is out of the way and obscured but lugging about a dryer didnt dampen his demeanor or his smile, and pleasant. I cannot overstate this enough- his excellence in customer service is on another level, far above that of his competition. Make the right choice next time you are looking for an appliance, and go see Jeff at Appliance Direct on 1153 Malabar Road NE #8 in Palm Bay, Florida. As a Realtor, I understand the value of good Customer Service- and it is as clear as day to me, that Jeff Rock absolutely understands this as well.

*This is Merritt island store* Absolutely, positively, a major headache in regards to getting called as to when it will be delivered. They say they call but your phone will get EVERY CALL but theirs. They deliver with incomplete parts, like fridge door handles, then they say they will "get right on it" and then you HAVE TO CALL THEM TO GET AN UPDATE or youre in the dark!! Absolutely the worst in calling for information and them needing to call you back. NOONE can look into what the last associate did with his customer. So, if your sales associate isnt there, the one covering will just hit you with "uh, hes not here, let me look into it. *4 minutes later* yeah, Ill have to call you back after I look into it". Like there is some dark abyss that is impossible to wade through for information. Also, they dont measure doorways when they come to drop off/install the appliance and end up scratching and denting the appliance and they tell you 4-6 weeks for it to be replaced! Honestly, going to home depot or Lowes and getting new with everything intact is worth its weight in gold!

We bought a washer and dryer 2 yrs ago and had the greatest experience Jeff, not only is he extremely knowledgeable on everything in the store, but also about any appliance not in the store as well, and one hell of a salesman and all around fun guy to be around. We just bought 2 more kitchen appliances a dishwasher, fridge at amazing prices yet again, and definitely plan on purchasing more in the very near future.
