Im done shopping here, the staff are great and I love their selection of goods but their produce is horrible. Last time I went there all of the zucchini were obviously rotten (every one was squishy and off color) and they were still being sold!! Im tired of playing produce roulette every time I go there and wasting my money, usually I have to throw away 2-3 items when I get home and unpack everything. They obviously need way better quality control. If you are buying dry goods then this place is ok. Produce? Go somewhere else and save your money.

Went to Jewel this morning to get a fresh veggie tray. They did not have any pre made, so we asked the produce Manager if there were any in the back already made up. There was not, but he went to one of his employees named Maria and she actually came out from the back of the store, gathered all the fresh produce and made a tray up for us while we shopped. What unbelievable customer service. We love this Jewel. Thanks to the produce Manager and also Maria. Great job!!!! Thank you!!!

Im not a huge fan of Jewel to begin with. However, I will say this location is nicer than the other one ( I believe the streamwood one- Im new in town) they have a nice produce section. I switch off between here and Caputos for different things. I think Jewel is over priced though,

I like to go late at night. Typically only see one or two people. Everything (bakery, deli, meat, produce) is OK, not great. Good for weekly trips, not so great for specialty items or anything out of the extreme ordinary. No Cook County taxes added a star to my rating.

Not enough check out available, to many boxes and stocking in Isles. Not happy with this store. Been going there for 30 plus years and it just keeps getting worse and also a lot of other people are saying the same thing.

Good people and services, store is well maintained. The lunchmeat and packaged food are reasonably priced. Fresh produce is overpriced and lower quality than their competitors, so we tend to stop elsewhere for that.

Every cake I order from the bakery is great quality in taste and design. Ive ordered birthday cakes and one time couldnt make it in but called ahead to order a baby shower cake and was very impressed!

They frequently are out of stock on sale items and some items are difficult to find. I needed tooth picks and never found them. Waited at service desk for over 10 minutes without being helped.

Nice staff, pricing is ridiculous! One day apples are 79cents per pound, reasonable, next day gouging at 3.99 per pound! Need to make shopping more affordable, we are all not rich in Bartlett!
