Im giving them one star because less than one star is not available. I had the benefit of knowing someone at this location and placing an order without any issues however, when I referred several of my neighbors to this location to buy the same thing that I special ordered, they were turned away and told "we dont sell that". I just spoke with Steven at 84 Lumber after he told me his branch manager was unavailable and he told me that he is turning people away when they come in to special order vinyl siding because they just dont want to deal with it. Apparently they dont understand how customer service works. I will never refer anyone to that place ever again. Im a commercial construction project manager and Ive never encountered such a lazy response.
