The guy working in the store wouldnt work with me at all wanted to pay me 25$ for a watch worth over 400$ I called before I came in trying to explain to him what I had and he rushed me off of the phone and told me to just come in I also had an electronic device worth a few thousand and wouldnt help me get out of the bad situation I was in at the moment cause they "didnt deal" or was t finalist with that product. In this day an age you can look things up and even sell them online Wouldnt look anything up to see prices and was extremely unhelpful. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy guy also had an attitude like he was upset he had to be at work 0 stars horrible service would NEVER go back

THE BEST. hands down. dont go to any other place. whether you need to sell, buy, or get a loan, youll get the best deal and the best service here. these people treat you like family. they listen and they care and every time you come in, they ask you how things are going and remember all the stupid little details about your life that truly cause you to connect with them. they carry a great selection of electronics and instruments/musical equipment (and of course beautiful jewelry). you should always support local businesses but good people like the couple that owns this place deserve your business, and as a consumer you deserve the type of service youll get here!

Pawn express is an absolutely terrific store. The employees are incredibly friendly, are always very kind and do their best to do everything they can for you. I first came into Pawn Express when Hurricane Sandy put me out of work and I needed to make repairs to my home. Since then Ive continued to bring them business and I have suggested this store to many friends. They have great deals on merchandise and are always fair when you need to get a loan or sell some valuables. There are not many businesses where they ask how you have been and actually mean it. The staff at PE has always treated me great and I would never do business anywhere else!

I am not sure what the 2 other reviews are about, I been to Pawn Express several times. I have pawned over dozen different items. The owner was professional and polite. The items I pawned are items that no other pawn or we buy gold stores would even look at. When pawning an Item I know that I am not going to get what I paid for it in the store, that it will be alot less. I have bought Items from there and will be back to buy and sell. I bet these two who bad mouth pawn express will be back to beg to pawn something else!! About the woman who works there She smiled and stayed quiet...

Went through a rough financial patch a few months ago. I was forced to pawn two of my prized guitars. They were understanding to my situation. I was given fair value for my guitars. They were very friendly and courteous and even though they are in the business to make money, they did not take advantage of my situation like some other places have. I received a pleasant phone call reminder to when the loan was coming to term. I hope in the future that i will not have a need for their services, but in the event that i do... I know exactly where i am going. Thanks for your help!

This place is the BEST. I went to a couple other places and they tried to rip me off. I came here and they gave me really great prices and were really helpful. I have been here like 5 times and everytime they really helped me out and gave me what i needed. They were really polite and i felt like i was treated honest and fair. I have been to other places and felt like i got screwed when i left those places. When i left pawn express i left happy and knowing that i got a good deal. Do not waste your time going to other places.

The people at Pawn Express always provide excellent service with a smile and give great prices on all of their products. I have been coming here for over 2 years and bought dozens of items and never had a problem with any of them. They are very reasonable, personable and honest. They provide a great service always whether its pawning my items or selling their products. I also have recommended them to many of my friends and they had a great experience as well. I agree with the other reviewer. The guy is a douchebag. tries to give u dirt money for quality stuff and comes up with a whole bunch of stories as to how he came up with those numbers and why its a good offer. if you say no he throws your things on the table and walks away like a jerk. The wife or partner whomever she is also has a nasty attitude. Id stay away from this place. People like this shouldnt have businesses they should have therapists.

I have been to Pawn Express several times The owner is so very helpful and Honest!! Other Pawn Shops I feel are so not Honest and take advantage of you.At Pawn Express when you walk in they Greet You with a smile and there merchandise is top of the line and you cant beat there prices anywhere else. Ive been to many in the area.. This guy is one of the worst.. I brought some gold in and his final offer was 35$ below my 2nd lowest offer of the day(6 places) on top of this I was given a nasty attitude and the owner spit in my daughters face. I alerted authorities and left
